MPNP is introducing changes to their provincial programs especially for those from overseas. Now draws are being conducted only on Strategic initiatives from overseas category for the last two months. There is an information session about the new changes by mpnp on December 13th at their office,Notre Dame Avenue Winnipeg. Please share your views regarding expected changes that they will introduce on April 2017.

Hi, I am new to this forum. Doesnt really know much about MPNP, want to know if I am eligible to apply for this program. Would you please throw some light as on what are their requirements, how are the points calculated etc?
