File Submission : 13th June 2015
File Updated online : 23rd July 2015 to Assessment Pending
My Interview : 28th August 2015

Hopefully, We will hear good news from all very soon Smiley

Can you share your questions from the interview? I have always been worrying that a retail associate is not an attractive applicant to them, and also that they won't be convinced that people with university education in Manitoba are willing to stay in the current job as retail associate....

General Exploratory Visits

The MPNP accepts – only during set periods – requests to make an exploratory visit to Manitoba. Watch this page for news of 2016 intake dates.

What is an MPNP exploratory visit? An exploratory visit is a pre-arranged trip that potential MPNP applicants may make to the Province of Manitoba, Canada to research communities and employment opportunities to help them make an informed decision on whether they have the intention and ability to find employment and settle with their family in Manitoba as permanent residents.

Hi Everybody,

Hope all of you are fine.

I have completed 10-Years Secondary + 2-Years Higher Education. Then after I have done 3-Years Diploma (not Degree) in Software Engineering.

As, on the Expression of Interest page, I am lying in one of the two options in Factor 4: Education:

  • One post-secondary program of three years or more
  • One post-secondary program of two years

While submitting an Expression of Interest (EOI), the following two options are given:

*What is your highest level of education?

  • Two year post-secondary certificate
  • Three or more year post-secondary degree

Comparing the above two matches, which option should I select in submitting the Expression of Interest (EOI). Please help in detail.

Regards,

Huda

Hi Huda,

Can you see this option -- Two post-secondary programs of at least two years each -- ? If you completed 2 courses after high school / secondary school, then you should select this option which will give you 115 points!

Select, "One post-secondary program of three years or more" to enter the details of your Diploma in Software engineering.

&
Select, "Three or more year post-secondary degree" as your highest level of education. Although it is not a degree but you need to select the best option of the two which is "Three or more year post-secondary degree".

All the best!
