Still nothing and the estimated time I'm seeing now for when I applied is now late October. RoughSame. I have a feeling I won’t hear anything about the sowp until late August or September

I got my PR recently and i completed my 12moths period living with my GF. I am thinking to Apply for Common-law island for her PR.
The thing is that i got my PR through CSQ. Do i need to apply for Her PR throught Quebec or can i directly apply with IRCC.
Help me please.
