First of all Gud luck for the mpnp 2015 who are applying this year

I have a question to ask

I need to apply for mpnp 2015 however I did not have Transcript of my education certificate, however i have my digree and all marksheet can this will help in filing my application.

Also does anyone know that online application submittion is quicker?

I want apply for MPNP 15 and later tag it to EE.
Could anyone give me any sort of link to exactly understand what documents i need to arrange for it ?
I have gone through the website of Manitoba immigration and most of those are clear , i am not clear about few of those like adaptability etc.

My uncle in Manitoba says I'll be applying through the provincial nominee.I wish to know when to apply and if I'll need to apply through the express entry too.

hiii all memebers of mpnp,
i am prashant patel from india and i done master in pharmacy ,currently working as pharmacist.
my query is i wants to apply mpnp this year under friend support category but one obstacle in my way is my IELTS result was expired.
and the mpnp this year cap is open in mar-april 2015.but,for ielts no exam dates is available till may-2015.and if i wait till my new IELTS result i worry about CAP FOR FRIEND SUPPORT IS FULL.
so,please someone advise me about resolving this matter.
CAN I APPLY WITHOUT IELTS RESULT AND SEND THIS AFTER FEW MONTHS?
