Is it possible to have two sponsors at the same time? my uncle and a friend?

Hi I have worked in BC for 1 year as temporary foreign worker, and I transfered to manitoba as temporary foreign worker as well. I got an advice to apply for manitoba nominee after 1 year instead 6 months because of my previous experience in BC. She said i might be denied because of my previous experience in BC? Do I really need to wait more than 6 months?


Can you give suggestions on how i could prove i dont have intention of going back to BC?

Hi Guys,

I am starting to fill-up MNPN Online.

I just need clarification on what to put in the "Number of Years in highschool".

Before, here in the Philippines we have 6 years in Grade School and 4 years in High school, so in total it is 10 years.

I am quite confused whether to use "10 years in High school or less than 10 years in high school" upon filling-up the form.

Please advise.

Hm, two friends you say? It's funny, coz it's more than a year you need just ONE friend! My suggestion to you, stay far away from this agency.

How are you? It's 10 years Highschool.. I've emailed MPNP before about that.. They told me its 10 years and just upload your HS transcript twice.

hello everyone,

hope everything is doing well.just a few questions with regards to the settlement funds, do you need to show the $10,000 in your account for the period of 6 months and have it stay there for another 6 months? do mpnp officer call your bank to verify that you really have that amount in your account for the last 6 months?

hope you could help me enlighten especially to those who already have their LOA.

Hi Champagne,

I started to fill up the online form while waiting for some of my docs authentication.
By the way, do you know if MPNP is strict with the time frame in acquiring CAD 10000?
In my case I do have CAD 5000 in my savings and within a month I was able to liquidate some assets to be able to complete CAD 10K requirements.

Do you think it is safe for me to apply online already or should I wait more before submitting?

Hi Guys!

My brother-in-law will be the one endorsing me but the problem is there is no "brother-in-law" in the selection of relation to the applicant.
If I select "others" and indicate as "brother-in-law" the online form does not allow him to to be the one endorsing.

Can I tagged my brother-in-law as "brother"?
Any suggestions on how to proceed?

I submitted my MPNP online application last January 10, 2014 and got my AOR on January 27th. And after that I haven't received any update until now about our application. I just want to ask if there is anyone here who also submitted their application this year and had any update on their application?

hello everyone,

i am trying to fill the settlement plan, my husband's job is under noc list is 9523. In the employment section of SP1, you have to indicate your intended job and your spouse. i am not quite sure if we should put PCB (printed circuit board) assembler, we have checked out the job banks in winnepeg area and the demand for this kind of job is very low. we are scared that if write pcb assembler as intended job we might get disapprove from the nominee. i am confused as to what to write in the intended job. the principal applicant is my husband.

hello guys.. just want to ask something regarding online application.

i submitted my online application last april 5, 2014
i received a confirmation last april 6, 2014
also, i sent my SP2 at the mpnp website the same day (april 6, 2014), but until now i haven't receive any acknowledgement receipt.

*the problem is i mistakenly put a wrong email add of my sponsor in my sp2 application so maybe that's the reason why they haven't receive any email stating that they have to submit the sp2 as my sponsor.

*im the one who received the email from mpnp to submit my sp2, so that day i submit my sp2 (filled up by my sponsor) thru my account at the mpnp website.

my questions are:
- what does the AOR look like? is it an email or literally receipt?
- how am i going to do to fix my sp2 and replace the wrong email add of my sponsor with the right one? (i already sent an email at the mpnp help account, but there are no answers yet )
- when you submit your application online how did you receive the AOR?
