we have almost the same timeline, august 7 applicant here NOC 1212..dd encashed november 15th..PER letter dated November 28, 2014 but I receive it via snail mail last january 7...have you tried calling or sending an email to CIC?

I am feeling you monikaverma07, I am an August 8, 2014 applicant, under NOC 1212, still no PER, tried calling their call centre, but the agent won't give me my UCI number, I emailed CIO instead and is patiently waiting for their response, Good luck to us!

ako rin August 8 applicant, hopefully I will be able to receive my PER rin..

In my case, I called up BPI Lahug-Cebu if they can give me the latest status of my DD, they told me to write a personal letter of request, so they can send it to their main office in Manila. I wasn't able to write one, because they want me to give it to them personally and I don't have the time...

I wasn't able to get a confirmation from my bank if CIC already encashed my DD, that is why I was hoping to hear from others :)
