I'm waiting to transfer my file to NDVO. I got AOR/UCI on 24th. Hope will get file transfers in next month.

You will get MR very soon.
And yes, at this stage, employer inquiry chances are high, be ready.

Someone posted previously what NOC's does not need to submit IELTS. Can anyone remember where it was on the forum or who posted it?

With my application my IELTS expired only a month after submitting my application to CIC and my application has been accepted.

I have read of some other cases where the application was submitted with a expired IELTS and the applicant was simply asked to send a valid one. This is only for certain NOC's though. They will however not decline your application because of this as they can see that you have dont it previously and it was valid when you submitted to MPNP.

Unfortunately my friend, I am not 100% sure of this one. Hope someone else can assist us here?

Hi.
How do you find out about the file being transferred to the local visa office?
Do they email you? Or is it shown on your Ecas tool?
I got my AOR/UCI No. on March 23rd, and nothing after that.
And my ecas just says "In Process", and the details say that
1. they received my application,
2. They sent me a correspondence, and
3. They started processing my application.

Hello to everyone! I just want to ask the seniors about my situation. I am a non-practicing registered nurse and I applied via General Stream last March 2014. Im assessment pending since Novemeber 2014. My status changed to Assessment in process las November 2015 but it went back to pending the following day. Nothing has changed ever since. My sponsor contacted their office last week and now, I received an email asking if Im interested with the Express Entry. My problem is that my IELTS has expired last December. Though my sponsor will call them tomorrow to ask if they could accept the expired result since we've been waiting for 26 months already, does anybody asked them the same and receive a favourable answer?

Request for Settlement Plan Part 2 5 July 2015 and assessment pending since then.
I received a mail from MPNP stating that i should apply for the express entry for expedited processing.
My query is that what are my chances and if denied in the express entry pool will i lose my application entirely or my main application to the MPNP will continue
My NOC code is 3113.

13-06-2014 (Part-2 Sponsor/Nominee)
File no. received from gov of Manitoba.

Interview Call:
Principal Applicant-Date: 16-09-2015
Nominee: 15-09-2015

Information Update:
Marriage Certificate sent: 01-02-2016
New Passport sent: 16-04-2016

Online status is Application in process.

Do you think my application evaluation will be positive?

Anyone have any idea when could I expect response from the Provincial Gov. Also Federal processing time after the provincial approval.

It depends on officers yet its optional task in file process.
Actually, Physical inquiry or employer inquiry is not mandatory. they did randomly check with employers. As per your question, I would like to say Yes, They can made inquiry to your previous employer as well.

On left side You have mentioned "Interview.." before "Passport Request"
R you sure that interview will be conducted by embassy before "Passport Request"..

are you referring to the timeline on the left panel......the word INTERVIEW? its already there, (whoever design the members profile)...although my sponsor got interviewed by mpnp wayback 3rd week of November 2015. in fairness to the designer of the profile items....an applicant might be interviewed by their local vac or embassy if needed...as part of their process.

Harry Lau, it shows in the ECAS -- https://services3.cic.gc.ca/ecas/authenticate.do?app=ecas

If the panel physician had altready confirmed to you that your medical was okay and that they already uploaded/submitted the result, then it's now in the hands of the Vissa Office (VO) processing your application.

What's your VO? Check the timelines of the other applicants who has the same VO as yours so you can compare and decide whether you now need to contact your VO or you need to wait for some few more weeks.

The timelines of others' are really helpful and gives us a sense of security somehow. Which during the whole process we are worried and wonder how is it going? So through these timelines, we can get the clues of the possible movements of our own application.

on the cic website... when you open your account and see IN PROCESS click that and will show you the status updates of your application. MEDICAL RECEIVED is line # 5 on my account.
