I was reading these forms yesterday, also filled them out (feeling anxious..........need something to do )

this form is for the spouse and additional dependant(s) these members will need to sign these forms as well.

The first one that the main applicant fills out (you) merely informs the officer that you have these other people accompanying you and you sign this one.

So I think you need to get the wife to sign on hers and you sign on Layla's form as she's a minor.

Hi Althea, they do NOT have to fill this form. This is only if you have more than 5 dependants, there is not enough space and then this form needs to be filled in.

I have good news on my side. My application status turned to COMPLETE just after 10 odd days ;D No documentation requested, only interviewed my supporter. I suppose I will get LOA before end of next week. WHOOP WHOOP ;D

Hello Everyone , am a little bit worried my application changed to Information Requested and I have submitted all require documents since last week Tuesday, but yet it hasn't changed. Should I mail MPNP to know why it hasn't changed or there is to cause to worry. Please I need your comments.

Two possible reasons could be behind this. Sometimes it is possible that they forget to change the status after submission of what was required or they need more information from other parties such as supporter or employer.

I suppose, first you need to check with your employer or supporter, if they have received any "Information Request", they usually correspondence via email, if they haven't, then you proceed to MPNP.

my Occupation is web developer and designer (which is fall under NOC Code 2175) .
My question is whether my Ielts score is sufficient according to the requirement or not?
Can i eligible under MPNP ?

I submitted my application to MPNP with valid ielts in 2014
If I got PNP nomination and going to submit application to CIC,Do CIC asks me for updated ielts or it is ok with expired ielts?

I don't think you need them certified.
I also had mine (All from SA and Lesotho) not certified and it went well.

The more I read thru this forum, the more I get bewildered and worried on the slow progress of my application.

Can anyone please advice on what to do? I've tried following up with MPNP, and even my sponsor did that, but still, generic answers were given.

Thanks in advance for your suggestions and congratulation to those who got positive progress with thier applications.

hello go north am too feb 2014 applicant. My status is "Assessment Pending" since March 2015. After that i haven't heard anything from them. Only waiting and waiting......... Hope ours sponsor will get interview soon..
