I applied for my brother and I got interview call on jan1 2015 and got LOA today on 14 feb,2015...dispatch date is 7 january,2015 from manitoba to India.

I have received the Nomination from manitoba and now I am confused about how to go further.

I have a few questions, hope you can help me in this regard:

1. Do I have to apply under Express Entry scheme after this or the normal/older process?
2. Should I include the proof of funds, work experiences and educational documents etc along with application to CIC ?
3. Should I get credential assessment done for me and my spouse before submission of application?
