Family and General stream are all "Skilled Worker Overseas", don't worry about this

hiii all,,,
i have submitted my file in january -2013 and i received the letter of confirmation in july-2013,after that immigration department interviewed my sponsor and asked me to resend all the updated documents with updated ielts again in may -2015 which i provide them on time , but since then i didnot received any thing or letter of approval ... its been a long time for me to wait for my approval..

can anyone tell about my file status?????!!

this delay is from Manitoba so you can not do any thing, but they have started processing few applications and expect your nomination in couple of months. I realized you have lots of patience.

Hi. In my LOA there is written that i should go to CIC and then find application form for PR.

I have found the application package provincial nominees from CIC official website but im not 100% sure that it is the right form to fill out and send.

U guys are experienced plz help. My one mistake will create a big trouble.

Can u tell me, give me the link plz.

I see you submitted your application beginning of last month, how long did it take for you to get an e-mail stating that they received your application and how long before you got AOR? Have your file been transferred to a different Visa Office or are you an inland applicant and the VO is Sydney NS?

Hi Druce, thank you for congratulated me!!!

I'm an oversea applicant,
I sent my docs to NS June 27th
They received my docs in NS by UPS last July 2nd
I received my AOR last september 3rd
I received the order for meds October 5th, also received a letter from my VO office in Mexico Asking to pay the Visas Fee

I hope this help you to check processing times
