When I got LOA my IELTS expired too. At the time of applying to CIC i applied with the old IELTS score and told them i would take another IELTS if needed. They never asked for another IELTS score and my file was processed and finally on 13th July i got Passport Request.

SO i would advise you to apply with the old IELTS score. If needed CIC will ask for a new one. BTW my IELTS score was very high. I got 7.

Hi there

I can understand your worry

Two things:

1) it is very easy to start panicking and thinking negatively, but STOP............block out the negative thoughts cos you need facts

2) email: immigratemanitoba@gov.mb.cawith your file number and tell them what you saw and ask for an update.

Another thing is that they are verifying all your documents and statements, so if they require any infomration from you they will send you the appropriate request for such. Until you have such email or request, just for now send them the email.

Be calm, be positive and have faith......you're nearly there

Hi guys, i will be having my medical examination next week. im just curious, does weight have an impact to passing the med exam? well i mean, im underweight, my weight is not proportion to my height. LOL i know it sounds funny to worry about this stuff. but im curious and a bit paranoid. thank you all

Its not a problem at all. They look for serious diseases like TB, AIDS. Underweight is not an issue at all.

My sponsor interview has been conducted since May 28th 2015 ever since then I have not received any communication, no result of either PASSED or FAILED and many decisions has been made since then. Status is ASSESSMENT IN PROCESS since May 1st.

PLEASE I NEED YOUR CANDID OPINION - WHAT SHOULD I DOoooooooooo.

IF I EMAIL THEM - they will reply applicants cannot ask for status

IF I CALL THEM - phone will transfer to radio message.

They will only send you MR when they are ready, no file transfer email at least from my experience
