The MPNP is based on a bilateral agreement with the Government of Canada which requires the province to thoroughly and consistently pre-screen all applicants to ensure that each nominee has a clearly demonstrated potential to become a successful economic immigrant to Manitoba.
This is why the MPNP processes the strongest applicants first by selecting those with confirmed employment, job-ready English, training and work experience indicating potential for employability and/or strong family connections.

Manitoba cannot guarantee processing times for any application because each application is assessed on its own merits and each requires follow-up with applicants and supporters to ensure program integrity.

Applicants who use the online application tool receive faster processing than people applying via regular mail (post).

It doesn't matter if you applied via regular mail or online, I applied on july 2013, and my status is Assesment Pending until now. So, lucky you if have pass that!

Sometimes i trye to be optimistic and feel like i'm going to have good news, but time pass and my status is the same.
I really don't know what to think or what to do.

No you do not need any job reference to apply to cic. You ve done job references at provincial level. Please check cic website for updated forms and document checklist so you will know the documents to submit with your application

you have fill generic application form and read all insruction.

you also include PCC , Educational certificates, Birth certificates, language certificate , job experiance letters, copy of approval letter , copy of your passport etc.

you have to downloded fee form from CIC and pay you fee and include its receipt.

attached photograph as per photo specification guideline.

No you do not need job reference letter with your cic application. Job references are done at the provincial level. Pls download the current form on cic website and check the document checklists for documents required

I had seen the same situation from one guy he apply for PR under MPNP with the same Ielts exam . so you do not need to retake an other test exam.

According to document checklist... I understand, we need to send our birth certificates, marriage certificate, pcc, iets result and photographs that's it!


I did not find any requirement to attach education certificates and job experience letter.

Am I getting it right?

Please guide.

I had seen the same situation from one guy he apply for PR under MPNP with the same Ielts exam . so you do not need to retake an other test exam.

So far, I don't see right and wrong in CIC stage. Because if in some stage CIC requires you to re-submit IELTS results in a very limited time, you know IELTS takes quite long time to book, exam and get the results. So my view is if you still have confident of having a similar or better results, do not take chances in CIC stage. Cos if you do have the full documents that are required, they will process your case faster. Nothing is too much for our application.
