Hi Thomasuk,

i submit mine just a plain copy. I haven't read anything that it should be certify by a notary public. Im currently waiting for my AOR, hopefully it doesn't have any problem.

Thank you crix_11 for your reply. I just want to be 100% sure as I read from CIC website guideline that documents has to be certified by Notary Public, Judge, Council Commissioner, etc. I residence in London and it is going to be very expensive for notarized a documents.

CIO application

Hi Guys,

It was almost two weeks since I sent my documents to CIO via Fedex and it was already received on the 7th of June as per the Fedex tracking website. However, I didn't received any reply on their end that they actually received the documents.

Just a quick question guys, does CIO send confirmation once they received the documents?

Or they just silently received it and send an AOR after a month or more of reviewing it?

I definitely appreciate any reply regarding this matter. Thanks....

I received email on 03/06/2014 from LVO For these add documents

1-New Schedule A/Background Declaration form for yourself and each family member over the age of 18

2-a full and detailed explanation from you of why you have applied for a permanent
residence visa and how you will become economically established in Canada.

3- if you have work experience in your field of education or training, describe exactly
what you did in your job. Your description must be written by you, in your own words, and
not copied from someone else.

Another email on 04/06/2013

-Payment of the Right of Permanent Residence Fee

-Medical results (you will receive a separate email with instructions) And I have received a request for Medicals on same day

-Updated original police certificates for you and your spouse
