Be careful of sending documents that are not requiring notarized copy...you must follow a simple requirements per checklist stated. LOA is coming from MPNP meaning its an original documents even you send a scan copy and print its okay. Because your overall application or results from MPNP was forwarded to CIC data base. They can view our application around the globe.

thanks for reply munde,, there are two things here ,, as per checklist copy of LOA was asked for,, and later in the application guide,, it was written all copied documents need to be notarized,, plus i had hired a consultant long before i joined this forum, nd he insisted that i either send original or if not it then atleast a notarized copy,,
all in all,, if tabs can get her file cleared using just a copy,, a notarized copy can do no harm i suppose,, rest only CIO knows.

1. Checklist has #IMs controlled and updated revisions. While Instruction Guide is generic. Which one do you follow?

2. Checklist instruction are: a Copy and Original to be submitted....notarized copies are those docs that need certification to be notarized. @ LOA stated a COPY. Are there instruction a COPY and notarized? Its your descretion Sheldor.

Notarizing docs are expensive and time efforts....(even not reqd.)

At this stage you are calling seniors for help.

For me I submitted a COPY only.

In other hand.
What I mean in a long process be careful in some instruction because it leads you for delaying process. Its a long journey of waiting game.
Once again its your descretion on how you can process your application.

Hi, you applied at Oct, and now they are processing month Aug/Sep (average) that means more 30 days I believe. For my case, I applied month 12, around 90 days... It is not a rule, but average time, they can speed up or down... I hope UP....

Hi Satindsi,

I stop waiting and checking after 6 months. I told myself if it comes, it comes. Then after 8 months, my sponsor called me that they got an interview regarding my application, few days later, my status was change to Assessment Completed. Now I'm on a waiting stage again and checking also at our local post office for a possible letter from MPNP. Once I have it, then I have just completed stage 1.

Lots of waiting. But it will come at the right time for all of us in Gods Will. Think Positive....

Good day tabs, seniors and everyone here in the forum!

Please advise if I have done the right thing:

11K CAD -- I placed in the National Bonds
7K CAD -- is in my bank account
---------
18K CAD -- total liquid funds


I did it like this as I believe that it is good to invest some of my money, like the national bonds.

However, please advise if this is okay or do you feel that I have to put all money in the bank only and not invest it somewhere else?

For me just put in one (1) bank account until visa rcvd. You can use it but be prepared when they ask. Sometimes in my experience they ask Bank Statement as per money required. They ask friday 7pm via long dist call from my sponsor that I have insuficient funds and must be settled until monday and submit via email to.....

Take note:
Sat & Sunday is a bank holiday. How could you prepare for it to return required funds.

So its your choice.
