as mailing adress? because in my manitoba nominee application i used her adress as my mailing adress so thats why shes the one who received my LOA. Thanks
Oh I see! It should now be our own address for CIC application package.

I just got a reject for my MPNP Application :( :(

The letter says the reason with this
"You are not eligible to submit a new application to this program until at least six months from the date of this
letter or until you have addressed the concerns or reasons described above. Please note that you must meet
the eligibility and assessment criteria in effect at the time your new application is received by the MPNP. As
required by MPNP policies and procedures, this decision has been reviewed by at least three program
officers".

Do you suggest me to talk to a lawyer to check what amendments needs to be done to get this corrected. Looks like there has been some misinterpretation of documents which did not convince them.?

Any suggestions would be really helpful.

If ever, Can you state the reason of rejection? For the benefit of the forum.

Thanks

Let me see if I got this right. You studied in Ontario and you moved to Winnipeg after your studies. And Manitoba is stating that you are wasting your talent in a low paying job? That's why they decided not to nominate you?

Is there any part in the letter that stated their explanation? Can you please share this with us?

Hi All,

I'm new to this immigration Forum, just want to get advise about the MPNP.

Actually, we have distant relative in Manitoba who is willing to help us in our application to MPNP. Just recently, our distant relative has sponsored his niece through MPNP program and luckily the application was approved last September 2013. My question is, can we also apply to MPNP using the same person who sponsored an applicant who has just recently got approval for the application? Would there be any conflict just in case we pass our application this month? Please advise. Thank you.

Yes that was the reason.

If you would share with us your information, maybe we can understand your situation. But, at this point, it only appears to be an interesting case.

For instance, the degree you obtained from Ontario, what is your current employment and the actual statement by MPNP for the reason of non-nomination.

thanx for your reply... i waiting for sponsor interview... sponsor is my family friend... we share a very good family relationship... everything like education, my work experience everything is genuine... and clear intentions to settle down in manitoba... don't have relative any relative other Canadian province..
now tell me what are my chances?... really at times it becomes too difficult to wait wait and wait..

regards
Hi mani.star,

Patience is a virtue.

You know what, I would say when it comes to waiting, I am already the Hero, meaning I have been tried and tested. I would suppose I have the LONGEST WAITING as compared to everyone in the immigration forum.

I applied in September 2005 under the Federal Skilled Worker (FSW) category. I am a Licensed Medical Laboratory Technologist by profession, and during our time (2005), the FSW category is open to all college graduates. Initially, my AOR with CIC indicated only 39 months of processing, then from 39 months, it went up to 40+, then to 50+, then 60+, 70+, 80+ months then finally my application fees will be refunded. All in all there are 280,000 people affected by changes in the Canadian immigration law, people from China, Middle East, Africa, India, Philippines, Pakistan and so on. All of us will be for refund. Reason for refund and the changes in immigration law is because of the huge backlog which they can no longer process, but instead, they will prioritize the in demand NOC profession released every year as determined by the Canadian government and the Human Resources of Canada.

I wasted my youth (38 years old) now I am 46, wasted overseas job opportunities from Macau, Saudi Arabia and New Zealand which I all turned down while waiting. More so, I wasted investement opportunities, meaning I did not buy or invest on anything while waiting.

So, where is justice here?????? May God give me justice this time in my MPNP application.

You applied on June 17 and I applied on June 11, 2013, but up to now, I am also waiting. What is 4 months compared to my 7.5 years of long wait.

I really pray that God will grant me my heart's desire in accordance to His will this time. I am already 46 years of age, and I need to hurry up because I only have more or less 19 years of work before reaching my retirement years.

I believe if there is a person who has the right to complain, then it is me.

Hope this will somehow enlighten and extend the patience of everyone after reading my post.

Thank you.
