Hello, i am currently living here in Winnipeg and I am planningto sponsor my sister and her 6 year old kid next year. My sister has been a single parent since after around 4 months of giving birth. My sister is not married but the father of the child has his signature on my nephew's birth cert. we had lost communication with the father of the child and all we know is that he is not in the philippines anymore. I was wondering if we still need to have court order regarding custody?

Schedule 4 only, schedule 4A is for business nominees.

Yes, you can use your sponsor's address so he may receive the LOA in no time..

i mean in the CIO application form. under generic applcation form, can i still put my sponsors adress
as mailing adress? because in my manitoba nominee application i used her adress as my mailing adress so thats why shes the one who received my LOA. Thanks

Good thing that some people application is moving, i just have one question about the sponsorship, is it required to have 2 friends to do the sponsorship on General Stream? or 1 is enough?

Im having the same dillema. I send u on inbox. However according to the mpnp office affidavit will do but we need to prepare some more dodocuments. Im not sure about court oder i will see my lawyer tom regarding this issue.
