Wow, congratulations on your LOA. After trying and trying finally you succeeded. I wish you all the best. I hope i can get LOA also. I hope they can give consideration in my case like they can just wait for the other person to arrive there that my sponsor sponsored then they can process my application. If i need to wait for that person to arrive in Manitoba first then my IELTS will expire and need to take it again.We need a lot of patience. Thank you for your reply

Yes, we do need patience and persistence.

Just take the IELTS again if you have to. Immigration isn't a picnic in the park. But, hopefully the reward is worth it. Good luck to all of us.

i am not agree with this bcz i know 2 families and they sponser same time two people one appliction submitted by husband and one by his wife and both applicant received their LOA

Hi every one i keep calling mpnp i called them twice and they gave me diff answer the 1st one they said its not allowed i have to wait till the other person sponsored by my friend's husband arrives in mannitoba.
Last night i called the office again they told me upon 18 .mos aftr tbe submtion of the documents. They can sponsor me. So now ts more confusing cz both they give diff answer.
18 mos upon submssion is fair enough. Ihope in our case they will accept the aplication. Im also waiting from.my friend's advice.

Pls tell me about your application i hope they will accept yours

I believe that two different answers are not so far, because the process takes around 18 months. So, If you wait till the sponsored person reaches to Manitoba, I think it will be around 18 months from submission applications. Just be ready with all of your documents to apply

The first application took a while because it was a postal application (2010). That took 9 months. Second application was online and I got a response in 3 months, stating that I was not eligible. Both applications were under FS, and they only accepted full time work. I worked part-time and they are not counting it as equivalent to full time (ex. 2 years of part time = 1 year of full time). I had 4.5 years of part time, but they didn't agree. So, I tried GS this year and got myself an LOA finally. Try and try, I say.

johny -ask ur sponsor 2 inquire by calling mpnp nd stating ur file number,, there is no harm in it,,, and why did u submit ur sp2 in may when ur application was filed in early feb,,, wasnt the time limit for submission ,, one month.?

I am already in winnipeg now i sponser my brother and my wife she sponser one of our family friend both applications r still under process bcz i applied for my brother june 13 and for my friend we applied july 13 so the things will become clear after couple of months later

hello everyone,

for those who applied at CIC just wanna ask where exactly did you guys put the green sticker (provincial nominee program)?which part of the envelope?and did you attached the original LOA?

I have a brown envelope with the address of CIC (in the centre) and my address (upper left side). I put the green sticker on top of the CIC address. I attached a copy of the LOA, you keep the original with you. (gosh, I hope I am right because I didn't send the original LoL)

if Working Independent Insurance Claims Investigator for Insurance Company and Case-wise paid by the insurance company is a valid work experience as per rule of Canada immigration, reply?

If Insurance Company issued a Work Experience Certificate is a Valid for Immigration?

The MPNP require that you proof everything you said on you CV, and you can find more information about how at immigratemanitoba.com/how-to-immigrate/eligibility/
Usually they require letters from employees and copy of work booklets or certificates.

hope you all doing well in your current life and next in your future
I understand the nature of this topic , I have only short question maybe far from topic but I hope find anyone had same situation
I am an Egyptian but living in Saudi Arabia , so when I apply to CIC the visa office has to be Cairo . As there is no immigration office in Saudi but the website of CIC says applicants of immigration from SA and some other gulf countries can apply to UAE

regarding processing times in cic website i noticed that cairo office 12 ms while UAE 18 ms
So I can apply to my home country or UAE ? right ?
