Dear Fogus-Bogus,
Apologies for the delayed reply, the letter was sent to my sponsor in Winnipeg and I just received a scan copy in email today.

For everyone's benefit, the Letter of Approval consist of the notification of approval, instruction to send the original LOA to CIC (within 6 mths from the date of letter), address of CIO in Nova Scotia to mail the letter( for my case).
A separate section of the letter is addressed to the CIO by informing reasons the applicant is nominated and that all relevant records will be sent to the CIO from MPNP.
The letter has a fine print that mentions that the decision of the Federal government is final and supersedes this nomination.

Sorry I am not so sure how to insert the letter as screen print but hope this helps all members of this forum who is eagerly awaiting your LOA.

Dear All!

I need your advise...

At the Moment, I still dont have the sufficient cash in my bank account and NO IELTS yet -- coz I am planning to take the IELTS once I have the required amount of Money in my account (CAD 10,000 + 2,000/dependent).

Am I doing the right Thing? or should i submit my application online even without it now and just send my Statement of account once i have the exact amount?

Will apply under Family Stream -- to be sponsored by my wife's Aunt and Uncle.

I am applying to CIO, Nova Scotia soon. As you all are aware that its compulsory to attach photocopy of ID card and its notarized translation.

Now I want to ask that do I need to attach affidavit of translator also along with just photocopy of ID & its translation?
