Yes I emailed them last Monday, they said a decision will be made in the near future and it is being reviewed.

2.) Is MPNP still sending LOA in Snail mail or everything is on E-mail?

Dear Richie31,

LOA is send to only Applicant's e-mail address, instead of Snail Mail. MPNP has introduced paperless system which they said is more fast and convenient.
