Are you getting LOA ?

Hi all,

its already 4 months but still no news about LOA, my status still in process, i got info saying that the maximum time MPNP will release LOA is 2 years. Next week my application is exactly 2 years, i don't know what should i do, really tired waiting. Try to be positive but its really hurts because everything is hang now.

Same here my brother is waiting for LOA from last 5 months now. It will be 2 years on Nov 30 for him as well. This whole process is so frustrating. I am not sure how long more this whole process will be going to take

I am waiting for LOA from last 8 months. It will 3 years on 23 November . Don't know how they are doing.

oh wow !! Yeah their is no processing time for these applications. Even we tried to contact them they told us there is no processing time and files can take years before they make any decisions. I am not sure what to do. Its so frustrating

this is serious, am expecting a 2013 applicant to be in CIC by now, but are u guys sure there is nothing wrong some where, cos canada nomination treat us equally and there concern about all applicants, there are some problems that can make your application status to be stagnant, if they call ur sponsor and he or she is not responding to there calls or emails, or they contact your comapany or where u work and there is no responce from them either by call or email

or they message you urself to update or upload some things concerning your applications to them and u didnt do dis, or if they descover u used a fake document, see guys once your application change to assement in process, u are supose to start disturbing ur sponsor, your working place and all emails and phone numbers u submited in your application to always check there email inbox and spam, and make sure there phone is always ON, cos mpnp will surelly call them or call U

@Ayokunle I'm not disputing your analysis, but remember things work for different people differently. I started my Journey of this canada immigration in 2007 and only received LOA 12/11/2015. My friends I started with are long ago settled in Canada. My closest cousin I evenue lectured Canada Immigration arrived in Alberta Feb 2015. Can only ask the guys involved to be positive

I will send through DHL. So which Mailing instructions to follow? is it REGULAR MAIL OR COURIER?

And most importantly DO I NEED TO AFFIX POSTAGE IF SEND MY APPLICATION VIA DHL?

I have missed my submission date of medicals which was 15th of October as all emails went in junk!
As per the email I had received it stated if documents are not submitted before given date then my file will be closed!

I had email Delhi High Commission about my problem adding URGENT in heading on 11th of October but still I haven received any reply though it stated that I will receive reply within a month!

Can I st send my medicals and pay fees? Has my file really closed!!! I am worried! Please help me out. Please

i suggest you phone them as soon as possible and get clarity on this matter. Dont e-mail, it takes too long. PHONE THEM

They clearly say that immigration matters won't be answered on phone. We have to mail compulsory.

Wa oooooo. After 3 years of waiting. The trauma since after your interview 9 months ago. It's not quite fair parley. But what you can't control you can't fight. Please dear friend be encouraged, if you believe God, take it that the Lord is leading you in the right direction. If you are persistent about the canada thing, Apply again via EE, but this time improve your English, I bet you, it won't be a slow as your last application was. BEST OF LUCK. SHALLOM.

Have you improved your english at this time?
Maybe you can do another IELTS to have better score.
that I would do if I were in your position, and maybe apply in another province...
I heard that in saskatchewan the PNP program start on January every year and they give you the nomination in a few months...I know this because a friend of mine applied on that way.
Do your research and do not give up ok!
