Hello Friends

I need you genuine help and suggestion regarding my case

I have to resign from my work with notice of 60 days and my last working day would be 5th February 2015. I need to know if my application is in process at CIC stage (Received at Nova Scotia on 4th November 2014 and Waiting for AOR and Medical going forward) and in mean while leave from the work than does this affect negatively to my application process. Please advise and also if you people know any lawyer or consultant with your lawyer consultant about my case than please do consult and take advise in such case and let me know. Please help me as I am seeking to leave from my work from coming 1st December 2014.

I need all will help me to decide about this as it is very much important for me as my application at last stage.

My advise is please don't resign your work until you have your visa, cos the timeline from now till when you receive PR we cannot tell. A lot of us are in this category. So please wait till you get PR or at least MR

HI EVERYONE SO HAPPY, GOT MY LOA, DATE OF MPNP DECISION WAS OCTOBER 31....PLEASE UPDATE MY TIME LINE THANK YOU

THEY POST IT FROM CANADA DATED NOV. 4 AND WAS DELIVERED HERE IN MY PHIL ADD DATED NOV. 14 AT AROUND 1PM.... IT ALSO INDICATE THAT MY APPLICATION MUST REACH CIC BY APRIL 30,2015. GOOD LUCK EVERYONE FOR THOSE WHO ARE STILL WAITING FOR THEIR LOA... JUST KEEP ON PRAYING GUYS... ;D

Why do you have to resign? Did you get a new and better offer or you just dont want to work there anymore?

As per my Observation, the stage where your application is at right now, i would like to believe that any Change in circumstance (if any) will no longer affect your application. At this stage the only remaining proofs you Need to produce are some documents, payments to fees and a good medical result. However, to be safe it is better if you dont resign if it is still possible.

May GOD guide you with your next decision!

IS PCC(police verification) required to send with application?..or can send later..?

You can send with application it will save time afterwords. If you send after some time it will save your time now. You decide when to send. You can send either ways.

Arun is right. Sending the pcc with the application can speed up your application.
Ive sent mine even if it is expired. They accepted it and did not ask again. Hth

I know you are quite reluctant regarding your decision. It is better not to resign so that you wont be anxious with your application.

On the other hand, i am unemployed for almost 1year when i applied to cic. But i have 6yrs exp in my profession. I wrote in my application that i am unemployed. I guess if u just meet the requirements of cic and mpnp which is 1yr full time and paid job, it can still satisfy the criteria of permanent residence apps.

So the decision still lies on your hands.
