I received my LOA last July 30, 2014 and sent my application on August 15, 2014.

Now waiting for CIC's AOR.

Hi,

Can anybody tell me, what does actually mean by " Assessment Pending". Do the MPNP authority look at the documents provided by the applicant and based on the existing criterion the decided whether the specific file qualify for further processing (sponsor interview). Or this status simply means the file has been put under ques. If there is a chance of negative outcome then this is the stage when a application may receive refusal letter, right? I am not quite clear about these status meaning. Can somebody experience/seniors kindly shed some light on this issue. Eagerly waiting for the next step since August 01.

Don't worry... Assessment Pending mean your file is in Queue and once your turn will come your sponsor will be interview. I have seen many cases which was received Not Accepted for Assessment status after status Received,,, but if there is assessment pending status mean you are almost close to the final step of sponsor interview... I want seniors view on my case as well if sponsor interview done than do we get any negative outcome from MPNP and how long time they are taking to process for my LoA after interview.

Assessment Completed mean you are approved and you are about to receive your letter of approval anytime soon from now... Just let me know what was the date of your supporter interviewed...

My application was December 2013, sponsor Interviewed was August 29.
That means our application is approved??? Thanks god for this wonderful blessing, the long wait os almost over. God bless everyone. Just keep praying!

I am expecting my Status Changed to Assessment Completed by this week itself and expect to received Letter of Approval by this month. I have updated my Mailing Address of my brothers address of Winnipeg, MB Canada so I will get it earlier as my brother come to my home country on coming 25th so I will get this earlier and start working on application to login at CIC

So you status changed to Assessment Completed after one week of sponsor interviewed? If so than I will expect this has to be done in my case by this week itself.

Letter of Refusals are most of the time thru emails

Lemonluv, After saw your case I had changed my mailing address to my brothers winnipeg Canada address so that I will get letter earlier because I can't wait seriously to see how this letter is.... I am ready to go ahead with final file preparation for CIC.

Hi i think it is best if you gather the documents needed and start checking the cic forms. So when your LOA arrives you can submit right away. Lets hope for a positive result from your sponsor's interview. God bless.
