My sponsor has not been interviewed yet..is it possible that they will skip this process?

My sponsor was interviewed on 30 July And status is in process. Now i want to change my job to other company because they offer me good salary. what is the process of MPNP & Is there any native effect on my application of MPNP. :'(

Hi Raju, I just change job also.I uploaded my updated employment contract and previous employment cert to mpnp online.
I think it should be ok to change job as long as the occupation is the same.

But problem is my sponsor was interviewed and status is in process.

It depends on your visa office. But averagely you should have your MR say a month from your AOR.

It's possible. That means they're waiting for your medical result to issue your visa. It's a good sign and congrats on the update.
