You must provide your application timeline and the Admin will include you in the spreadsheet.
Please refer to the spreadsheet on what info you're going to provide.

Your application would not appear in the spreadsheet unless you inform and update the admin during the start of your application. Pls post your timeline in this thread and address it to Mayoress.

Thanks for your quick response!

We want to choose the visa office with faster processing time which is Manila that only takes around 12 months compared to Rome which is around 20 months.

So if ever our application is approved and we want to use Manila VO, we need to go back to our home country to send applicatiom to CIC?
Or we can send it from here?
If ever we can send it from here in Italy, how about our medical?

We just want to know ahead of time so that we can plan early. But we can go back in our home country if needed because we really want to use Manila VO for faster processing.

If you want to use Manila visa office then you have to mention in your CIC application form about your correspondence address Philippine/Manila's address. If you really want to get visa from Manila due to reducing the timing factor, I would suggest you to go to Philippine after getting your LOA. So you can submit your CIC application from Philippine / Manila. It is always better to submit CIC application from your current residency address. If you want to leave Italy don't forget to collect your Police clearance certificate before your leave. Yes, Manila visa office is faster then the EU visa office. No, it is not confusing at all. I think we're on the same boat. I'm here in Qatar but I want the Manila VO to process our application rather than in Abu Dhabi. I'm planning to come home this coming Qatar local holiday (October Eid al Adha) to fix everything including my NBI clearance and will send the application to CIO. After that I'll go back to Qatar again to continue my job. Once the Manila VO requests for medical exam, that would be the time to leave my job and prepare to move...

Yes indeed fellow OFW, we r on the same boat! Yes i think we need to go back to the Philippines after receiving LOA. Hopefully some of our fellow Filipinos working abroad can give us a heads up on how to do things. Plane ticket from europe is very expensive.. Ahahaha! But after sending application to CIC, we are going to come back here in Italy and continue working as it will still be a long process and they might ask for updated documents like employment certificates and stuffs.. And also, we need to save more for the move.. Hoping everything goes well with everyone's application!

Sorry really very frustrated mine still assessment pending and now my Ielts is going to expire in nov 14 when it will be sponsor interview 14 months over no update frim mpnp

Mine was submitted in February 2013. 18 months ago. I still don't have a feedback.

yes they will send an Email on given email address. basically, it takes 1 to 1.5 months,

i am still waiting for conformation. :-\
