hello cebugirl! did you make another payment when you sent your passport to CEM? i am wondering how they would be able to send back the passports with visa if no advance payment has been made to the courier. we haven't sent our passports yet since PPR last MAy 28, 2014 coz one dependent had to renew her passport first. when did you send yours? how many days have you been waiting? thanks

Follow-up question; Should I only send the forms which is applicable to me or should I send all the forms/package even not in used. please advise.

Do not submit blank forms so based on the checklist - submit the forms or documents that applies to you. Ignore the ones that are not applicable.
Make sure that you send them clear copies (if they only require copies) and send originals when they indicate they need the original in the checklist.

i need information for my friend

he has distance relative in Winnipeg, MO. now he is going to apply Mpnp, so it there any relation proof he has require to submit?

his supporter already supported one application before year. does his supporter can endorse my friends application?

Hi deep_purple, there is no need to give payment in advance. PPV will be returned to you through courier collect. I've read last in previous posts that the amount is between Php 120-150 to be paid as delivered to you.

My case, as per Abu Dhabi Visa Office, I need to request for a return airway bill from Aramex or include a self-addressed stamp envelope with contact number.

Payment is not required.

If the supporter is a distant relative, it will be like a friend-supported application.

If his supporter is supporting another friend and this application is still in-process then he cannot support another one.
