Hi.
Am now preparing my cic documents , am egyptian resident in UAE , how I make my file to be send to Egypt office not UAE?

Don't include those forms anymore if it's not applicable for you, wh8921. For birth certificate, it might be more cautious to provide NSO copy since the paper used is security paper? (I forgot what its called). Read through the guidelines on CIC checklist and follow thoroughly.

What happens if the IELTS certification expires after receiving the LOA? would that mean getting the IELTS exam again for the CIC?

yes ,, u need valid IELTS certificate...when u applying in CIC .....

you need to indicate that on your general form, under the visa processing line item, put there the visa office of choice.

Dear Forever Victory
I submitted my CIC papers last week .
I had the same situation as yours i.e the same long wait (as i applied in 2004 for the Federal immigration ).
After a long discussion with some experts , we concluded that since we were not refused rather our applications were returned with out being completely processed .So in the said column I simply wrote....No......and sent my application assuming my case as not one of the rejects.
We are in the same boat and I discussed with so many friends before filling out .
