MPNP Application Batch 2013

Please kindly help me with some matters on my preparation on my CIC application...

1. Im about to fill up some of the CIC documents in my computer, some of the required filled or section is not applicable on my part like the

A. Schedule4A Provincial Nominee-Business Nominees = coz im a Family Stream Applicant, my common-law as my only dependent
B. Additional Dependent/Declaration Form = I already add my dependent on the GENERIC APPLICATION FORM (IMM0008)
C. Declaration of Non accompanying Parent for minors = we dont have a child yet
D. Use Of Representative Form = i dont have consultants to represent us

The question is do i need to print this forms filled it up and include this on the CIC package which will be sent to CIO or just the ones which is applicable?

2. Is it required to include the NSO original copy of the birth certificate or rather the municipal civil registrar copy only coz i did use it on my MPNP application?

Hi zig, yes you need to have an active/not expired IELTS upon application to CIC. Since it will take time for exam schedule and release of results, my suggestion is for you to get one soon. Anyhow it will be valid for two years. God bless your application!

How long does it take to receive MR from this date? Is it safe to do appointment now with the doctor - planning to have it 19th April.

I Have sent an email to manitoba to ask if they received my settlement plan 2 since my supporter sent it through post and we have not received the confirmation. i got reply from them. it says that " we did not received your sp2 but you can re submit through our email. Does it mean if my supporter give me the scan copy of it Can i send to them directly??????? Please any one who have an hint help me on this matter.

Don't include those forms anymore if it's not applicable for you, wh8921. For birth certificate, it might be more cautious to provide NSO copy since the paper used is security paper? (I forgot what its called). Read through the guidelines on CIC checklist and follow thoroughly.

Yes, you can get a scanned copy and send it by email as soon as possible.

Hi, u have to attempt Ielts again bcz i have faced same situtaion. After submission my application in CIC, my Ielts certificate expired and they send me request of additional documents and Ielts certificate which i sent Feb 2014. Now once again i have submitted additional documents and paid RPRF( Rights of permanent residence fee). Now just waiting for Medical request

Mean in june u will submit ur application, still u didn't submit? I suggest that u have 3 months in june so u attempt ielts in last week of may and send new certificate. No doubt in june ur last ielts certificate will valid but just after 2 months, ur certificate it will expire so if u will send new certificate then it will save ur application process time which they mostly waste by request of additional documents.

How much time does it more require?

Hi Seniors,
I have a question, In background declaration under question #6,if the answer is YES to one of the question,(example,have been refused permanent residency in Canada), should I attach a copy of refusal letter or i will just make a written explanation on what happened to the previous application..i read from the checklist that we should not send any additional documents when submitting the application to cio..

Hi Seniors,

I am still waiting for my LOA up to this time. My supporter was interviewed last February 18, 2014. I wrote MPNP office and they said my application is still being assessed by an Officer. My question is, how long will it take for the release of their decision.

Second, regarding the question of Rosy Cheeks, I also have a concern on this, as what I wrote several months ago in this forum that I am a September 2005 FSW backlog applicant, should I write in the background declaration form that I was refused in my first application? The way I see it, I was not refused but instead a decision was not made because they can no longer process the huge backlog. My application was not fully processed in the first place, but it was kept for more than 7.5 years before the announcement about changes in the Canadian Immigration law to eliminate all pre 2008 FSW backlog applicants. Is it alright for me to attach a letter to the application package informing them about what happened to my first application in 2005. I would appreciate if Seniors in this forum can let me know your point of view.
