I am happy to tell you that i got file number hours ago , i sent my cio file in january
I think file number means that my documents are complete , is not it ?

Really i am happy that i feel there is step accomplished
It took exactly 1 month

I'm about to pass my online application but there's something bothering me.
Is it ok if the bank statement attached to my SP1 is updated last dec 2013? or should I update this for Feb 2014? I'm thinking that it's ok because they will be asking for the updated one too after I submitted my SP1 to them.

and another problem is, I'm currently residing in Manila and my bank is located in Pangasinan. My account for dec 2013 is above required 10,000$ by CIO but it dropped to 6,000$ by Feb 2014. will it void my application?

I highly suggest that you submit your updated bank statement, that means you would need to fulfill the required amount of CAD$10,000 on your bank account as well.

but what if my sponsor stated on her SP2 that she will send an affidavit to Manitoba Labour and Immigration stating that she will provide me money support (if needed) for 1 year?
