Congrats. Am ahead from you in week but i did not rcvd med request. Check our tracking we are same track. Hoping to rcvd its already 30days/25days ave waiting time.
I sent my query to CIO and i got the answer that files has been sent to ph manila. I accept for some delays.

Marrying her before you go to Canada will be the best option, if you will marry her after 10 months, the immigration might think that this is a mail order arrangement.
