I think if you're from the Philippines you need NBI Clearance for the online application and not the Police Clearance but in other countries its equivalent is Police Clearance.Since I am currently working in another country,I got the Police Clearance and an NBI Clearance from the Philippines.Please correct me if I am wrong.

I submitted two additional documents separately. The bank statement was acknowledged by the case officer the following day. And I received an automated response of acknowledgement for the letter of employment the following day as well.

If your sponsor received an automated response, that should be a form of acknowledgement, I think.

Thanks for the reply, neither of us have received anything. after I have submitted my application, my sponsor got an email asking for the SP2, after my sponsor has emailed the SP2, there was no acknowledgment/confirmation from them.
