After all info I have gathered till now, I am left with these questions.Kindly guide me.

I understand my real brother in Alberta can weaken my case. But I have real cousin in Winnipeg.

which solution sounds good ?

1. My brother can go/move to Winnipeg just when my cousin applies fro LOA as he is well settled in Alberta ?
2. What if he goes to Manitoba and have all docs,Health card,Address etc but work in Alberta ?
3. What if we - brothers never had a good relation ?

I read ur last post regarding MPNP applications processing time
I know there is no fixed timeline for all applications
but i want share my case
I applied online under MPNP-FS on 1/6/2013
AOR 2/6/2013
Submitted SP2 on 28/6

Till this date no updates and I check my email every day no request or any news from them
now it has been around 4 months till application submit with no any news
what is ur advice for me ?

Well, I guess, pray and patiently wait are my advises for you. It will surely come. You will receive the Letter of Approval soon! Have faith bro!

from which country lovely? You need to get a police clearance from the country where you currently working. After collection, you need to courier to VO immediately for processing. Usually you will be given 1 month only to submit the required doc.

This is just my opinion but I could be mistaken. Please correct me if I'm wrong.

1.) I think that your friend has to wait for a year before he/she can sponsor you.

2.) It could be an issue. My personal experience was a friend of mine was denied nomination because he was separated, and he had too many girlfriends. They could say na ang reason nila ay hindi mo kakayanin mag-provide for your kids as a single parent. This is just my opinion.

3.) Yes, they can. And you only need one to sponsor.

I'm currently working here in Philippines for 4 years now. I've worked in Hongkong from 2006-2008. But still they are requesting for police certificate. I've already sent NBI clearance from my current work before. What do you mean?

As far as I know you really need to get a Police clearance from your previous work even though you are working in our country now.I would suggest to check the website in Hongkong (Police Department) on how to obtain a police clearance or if you have still friends working there,you can authorize them.In Thailand,it takes month before they will release it.

You have another post in the other thread. I was confused and I thought you are still working in Korea. Does the immigration asked you to get Police Certificate in Hongkong? I suggest and in my opinion, you can reply to the email of VO, and ask if it's required still since you worked in HKG last 2008 and now, you are currently residing and working in the Philippines. Put "Urgent" in your email.

In my case, I have already submitted the NBI clearance. However, they asked for Police Certificate still from the country I'm currently working.

You can also ask others regarding this case.
