Wow! Thank you znarfier! Very detailed and very helpful. I already clicked the +1 and hopefully I did it right. ;D :D

For now, I'm thinking of working in a callcenter again. I have to wait for 6 months in order for me to change my NOC. And hopefully, bago pa man mg 6 months eh ma.lift na ung exempt sa nurses. :(

And yes, I received the email confirmation about the EOI. I didn't even clicked the 'Review and Submit' link yet. Tsaka marami ka pang click-click diba bago ka dumating talaga dun sa actual na submit. You even have to tick on the check box, pero di pa ako umabot dun. I thought I would die from heart attack when I read the email. I got my IELTS result earlier so I was able to update my information online. From there I figured out that there was really a glitch. Kasi first time pinasok ung link ng 'Review and Submit' eh and dun ko nakita sila click-click. ;D :D

And the long wait starts now.. :'( :(

Thanks sis cacai16 for the +1 rating! I appreciate it! ;D

So, with your experience, it is very clear that due to the changes in the MPNP system there are glitches in it! Thank GOD, you didn't have a heart attack! I can just imagine your facial expression and feeling when you've seen that email in your inbox! OMG! :D :D :D Well, I should say, with that, you deserve to be in the next draws! The program owe you something! :))

Let's pray that the wait will not be that long... ayt! ;D

And may I just add to this guys, from a Facebook group that I joined, I went on my way to send PMs to two ladies who posted they received their LAAs on the 3rd draw. I kindly asked for their breakdown of points so I can compare with mine (which they provided), medyo napapaisip kasi ako why the lowest ranking scores have gone down just a bit for those outside Canada, ganun ba karami yung may points on regional migration, etc.. Turned out when the two replied to me, they answered YES pala on the question regarding their proficiency on Canada's 2nd official language which gave them 25 points. In the end, they both declined their LAAs and opened new profiles. Without understanding the question fully, they answered YES to a question. Di na nila napansin, unlike kasi sa IELTS, di ka pwede maligaw kasi hihingin ang scores mo and yung test report form number. Sa French proficiency kasi, walang hinihingi ibang data sa EOI. They were thankful na din na nakita yung mali nila sa EOI before they could have submitted a full application. Baka daw mahirap panindigan na marunong sila ng French :P or ma-ban pa for 2 years because of that.. Bottomline, it may be that a lot have committed the same mistake, a lot have gained higher EOI scores by mistake or by intention just to get ahead and receive LAAs sooner than the others. And in the end, they cannot support the data they provided in the EOI. So for those whose points are lower or those who are malapit lapit na sa last lowest ranking points pero di pa naabutan, don't fret - di lang umabot kasi may mga nabigyan ng LAAs na hindi dapat nabigyan. Hopefully, MPNP can address the issues and provide more "safeguards" para intentional man ang mistake or hindi sa pagsagot sa EOI - maiwasan na lang at maunang mabigyan ng LAA kaagad yung mga nagbigay ng "truthful" info talaga... :) :) :) and lastly, to lessen the agony of waiting for more deserving ones :-*

Sis Louise0324, it really pays to be truthful and careful!

Hey, your initiative in asking those ladies was remarkable! And look, you were able to save them from being into deep and longer trouble had they accepted the LAA!

Good job! ;D

HAPPY CANADA DAY! :D :D :D

Can anyone tell me, what are those clickable link I have in my MPNP account? Is this something that I can click once invited? Thank you... I tried clicking and prompted me nowhere. Please see attached photo.

hi leahjang, on work experience - from present count 5 years backwards, that is what will be included in your MPNP application. Yes you are right on number 2. :)

Hi! I am new here and I have a question. Regarding years of experience, can I include my work last 2009 until 2011? Counted ba sya as 2 years or just 1 year for the past 5 years? Thank you guys! :)

Hi znarfier! Any idea regarding my query above? Please help me. Coz if it is not counted I might update my EOI. Thanky! :)

careeluke hello!

Yes you can include it, but you will only get points from your work experience from 2010-2011.

Since for Factor 3: Employment

Submit documents showing work history for the past five years (2010-2015) and do not include jobs that were six months or less:

•Signed letter of reference from each employer of the applicant and spouse
•Employer letters must be on company letterhead and signed by a company representative (include contact information)
•Your employer must include mention of: start and end dates for employment; a detailed description of position and duties, and the salary (wage) you were paid

FYI: The question in the EOI goes this way: "How many years of full-time work experience do you have in the past 5 years?"

Good luck!

Hi Znarfier and all,

I am completing my full application now online after receiving LAA last 06/25.
Just a question please.

My common law partner has a pending case of annulment and according to the lawyer it will be finalized this August. Now, im getting confused with the question regarding his civil status. So, will I choose common-law or still married?
thanks!

Dear Sir
If some one receive job offer, can he exempt from Connection?
Thank You.
Kind Regards

Hi bro Polo21MPNP15!

Did you try to click on those two? What happens when you do?

I tried it twice and here's what I got:

•AccessManitoba W2K8 --- My AccessManitoba: "Use this page to tell us more about you and your businesses."

•AccessManitoba NEW UAT --- just a blank page...

I've no idea why it was added to my account. :o 8) ??? :-[ :'(

Hi idiana!

Sorry, I haven't came across the same situation... I don't even want to have a wild-guess for it :) Hope you'll understand.

I hope someone who's got an idea will share it with us here.

Anyone, please?

Good luck sis!

ASAD1ASAD good day!

Is it you who got the job offer?

Well, when you submit your EOI, under the "More Information" section, there is this line which says:

"I am not currently working in Manitoba, but I have a formal job offer" (Yes/No)

I assume when your answer is YES, you will get 500 points for it from "Manitoba Demand", thereby, exempting you from the "Connection" sub-factor under Factor 5: Adaptability.

Please complete your EOI and let us know if my assumption is correct! ;)

Good luck!

Thanks for your response znarfier!
My friend who has a consultant and she answer that for me.
Just few questions though.

1. Education- Total years of secondary- 10 years or less than 10 years?
Elementary 6 years + 4years high school. Do I need to add that?
2. Adaptability- relationship to applicant?
I have my aunt as my connection. So, will I choose aunt or niece?

Dear Sir,
I am trying to get a job.
Dear Sir, can I get your cell no. or email .
Thank You
