I hope too that Manitoba will also open its doors to teachers. And the score lowers soon. I'm only on the 400 mark. God bless us all. More More patience to all of us. ;D
Hi cacai 16! Well maybe there's some changes every now and then kasi yung sa cousin ko tsaka kapit bahay namen e required na red ribboned and school documents for authenticity purposes. They're all in Manitoba na din. I think this is requested in every country you go to. Dito din sa Dubai we were requested for that but then again every country have difference in requirements. But yun ang last info saken. I'm just not sure whether CIC stage na yun or what. I was trying to get some inputs kasi if that's required to be authenticated within last 6 mos e I'm screwed kasi sa pinas ko pa aayusin lahat ng documents namen..cacai16 said:Hello Mimikoy! I think there is no need for Red Ribboned documents and walang validity ang documents. My sister processed her papers that way a year ago and she's in Manitoba na. And she asked me to prepare same documents as well. That is kung walang changes ang process ngayon.
Hope this helps!
Hi znarfier! Thanks sa input. I guess I'm not getting the extra 50 kasi my destination is Winnipeg and my close relative is there. Pero I was not deducted naman 100 points din kasi you get the deduction lang pag ang destination mo e Manitoba tapos wala kang close relative dun pero sa ibang territory meron. I just declared relatives to other territory for truthful informationznarfier said:Sis Mimikoy, the question "Do you have a close relative that is a permanent resident or Citizen of Canada and currently resides in another Canadian Province or Territory?" falls under Factor 6: Risk Assessment --- Close relative in another province and no close relative in MB is negative 100
While in your EOI's "More Information" section, the question "What is your destination in Manitoba?" falls under Factor 5: Adaptability --- Immigration destination in Manitoba is outside of Winnipeg is worth 50 points.
znarfier said:cacai16 let's continue praying for that!
May your profession be included in the future draws together with the other professions which are still excluded in the draw.
Hi cacai16. I think we are quite of the same page. I graduated nursing. RN. but I work as sales for IT Solutions company. NOC 6221 Technical sales specialists – wholesale trade. I think the draw would be based on your current job (hopefully). Not on your degree.cacai16 said:Thanks znarfier! I hope that too.
But question, my sister suggested to change my NOC. Because even if I'm a nurse, I work as a dental assistant or a call center agent. And it has a different NOC. Will it be a problem pagdating sa mga school documents ko? But I have COE naman to support it.
And lastly, I haven't submitted my EOI yet pero naka receive na ako ng email confirmation. Ngpanic ako kasi wala pa ako IELTS number dun. I can still change it still right? And even my NOC if ever? System glitch siguro un or something.
Thanks!
idiana said:oijoi said:congrats! if i may ask, what exactly is your position dito sa pinas? yan din kasi NOC 6314 ang ginamit ko, workforce scheduling analyst position ko and yan ung i think nearest (sup level) na NOC for my position..
thanks!
Hi oijoi! Thanks! NOC 6314 - that's all about supervisory position based on description online.
Call Center Supervisor/Team Leader is my title.
If you are a supervisor or floor leader for workforce team you can use NOC 6314.
However, if your position is lower than that then, my suggestion is to pick NOC 6552- Other customer and information services representative.
It match your role such as customer service monitor- telephone system
customer service operator- telephone system.
Since you monitor agents while on call and you operate tools to perform that I believe that is something you need to consider.
The final decision is still yours, just my opinion hehe!
Godbless you!
If this is what you chose, I think I've encountered that somewhere here... http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/helpcentre/answer.asp?q=347&t=14oijoi said:sino dito gumamit ng common-law as marital status? what are the requirements you prepared as proof of common-law partnership?
may anak na kasi kami ng partner ko, sasama ko sila parehas sa canada. so aside sa birth certificate ng anak namin, ung joint bank account namin (bank statement) ano pa po kaya? or pwede na ba yon? hehe thanks!
Marital status: marriage/divorce/death certificates; separation agreement; documents proving your common-law partnership of at least one year
Hello justpat07! I've got 585 points. Just submitted my EOI earlier.justpat07 said:Hi cacai16

Sis Mimikoy, correct! As long as the connection in MB is equal or greater than the connection outside MB, there is no risk factor on that. And you did the right thing by providing truthful information in your EOI. This is one of the changes in the program that is benificial to applicants who have close relatives in MB and outside MB. With this provision in the program, the applicants are now free to declare their close relatives outside MB, unlike before...Mimikoy said:Hi znarfier! Thanks sa input. You have a point here basic_instinct ! I can say that your prediction might be correct as some may have did it by mistake while others did it hoping to get the LAA ahead of the others. Well, let's just hope that we all have submitted our EOIs with truthful info so as to avoid issues.basic_instinct said:Dont lose hope guys.
