nakakuha nko ng police clearance sa Saudi kc 4 years no work d2 then p exit ndin this coming july. my question is wife ko din nka 3 years n sya sa Saudi pero exit n din sya d2 2014 pa. pero hindi sya nka kuha ng police clearance kc ayaw cla payagan lumabas. hahanapan pba sya ng police clearance such is ako nmn ang principal applicant. please enlighten me,

2. Kelangan pa ba namin magprovide ng high school diploma and transcript? tapos ipapared ribbon din namin? or pwede na ung mismong HS diploma nalang? - I think the HS transcript is known as "Form 137" sa atin. Double check mo sa school mo.

3. Tapos ipapared ribbon din namin? or pwede na ung mismong HS diploma nalang? - Walang merit ang red ribbon sa Canada. Just make sure na certified sya ng school mo

4. Basta english ang document okay na yun? - Yes

5. Accumulated years for past jobs, tama? Certificate of employment lang to? kelangan pa ba ipa-notary - Yes, accumulated. Yes, Cert of employment needed. Not sure about the notary part.

6. Ako lang po ang nagtetake ng ielts.. tama ba? or pati si common law dapat magtake din? - not sure

7. Does the bank certificate only has to be under my name since im the principal applicant? - Sayo dapat nakapangalan lahat as the principal applicant

8. Liquid assets An asset that can be converted into cash quickly and with minimal impact to the price received. Liquid assets are generally regarded in the same light as cash because their prices are relatively stable when they are sold on the open market.- from google. Meaning hindi sya property like house, etc.

My addtl question ako sa funds.. Makikipagjoint acct kasi ako para makabuo ng amount needed. Ok naman yun basta andon din name ko dba?
And any idea kung ano pang proof pwede iprovide for common law aside sa anak namin? Di kasi kami kasal dhil mas mahirapan kme kumuha doc kung mgpapit ako bgla ng surname.

Draw 3# Lowest score would be 570 and No of LAA issued would be 350
Draw 4 # Lowest score would be 510 and No of LAA issued would be 650

I dont disagree na ang next draw ay dapat madami. Think of many pending applications from 2013 to 2014. Madadagdagan lang ang queue nila kung marami ang kukunin nila. Akala ko ba gusto nila pabilisin yung processing? Paano mapapabilis kung madadagdagan ang mga nasa waiting list?

Hi basic_instinct.. prediction lang naman ni praisegur yun hanggang draw#4 pa prediction, kung ilan at anong score cut off ... pero i agree with you, kung dadami pa lalo ang mainvite next draw, their inventory of existing applicants will just grow. But in fairness to MPNP, there are professions not considered in the draws like nurses, teachers, physicians which means they are regulating din ang number of applicants, unlike before walang EOI, applicant kana kaagad kahit ano pa occupation mo. Ngayon, sinasala na nila sa EOI stage. I personally know three applicants from 2013 na till now ay di pa umusad application nila, the 3 of them are teachers.. I am not sure of the other reasons why other applicants from 2 years ago on why wala pang development sa application nila.

Just want to ask pinoyhopeful. Dba sa settlement funds pwede under sa name ng principal or spouse nakapangalan? Kc sa nakalagay sa website ng manitiba na principal applicant or spouse. Sana may sumagot. Sa spouse ko kc naka name yung account para sa settlement funds. So pag lipat sa akin another 3months na naman ulit wait namin before to apply. Pa clarify sana sir pinoyhopeful. Actually I am not sure how to answer this. Hindi kasi ako married and hindi ito applicable sa akin, therefore hindi ko masyadong iniisip ito noon. Opinion ko lang na dapat nasa pangalan ng principal applicant, based sa statement na ito from their website:
All applicants are generally required to have at least C$10,000, plus C$2,000 in funds for their spouse and each accompanying dependant, to support yourself and your family while you are looking for a job, to ensure your successful settlement in Manitoba as well as to pay your Government of Canada immigration fees and travel expenses to Manitoba - I consider this to mean na yung applicant ay yung principal applicant.

Like I said, I may be mistaken. Any married people here who can answer this? Thank you!

Ok naman yun basta andon din name ko dba? Not sure. Better ask married applicants/ nominee or MPNP mismo. Single kasi ako kaya I dont know anything about joint accounts and kung pwede ito.

Ano pang proof pwede iprovide for common law aside sa anak namin?
Based sa Canadian Government website cic.gc.ca help centre:
Items that can be used as proof of a common-law relationship include:
a statutory declaration of a common-law union,
statements for shared bank accounts,
shared credit cards,
proof of shared ownership of residential property,
shared residential leases,
shared rental receipts,
bills for shared utilities accounts, such as
electricity,
gas or
telephone,
proof of shared management of household expenses,
evidence of shared purchases (especially of household items),
mail addressed to either or both of you at the same address,
important documents for both of you showing the same address, such as
identification documents,
driver’s licences and
insurance policies and
any other documents that show you have been living together.
You do not need to include all these items to prove your relationship is real. Citizenship and Immigration Canada may consider other proof as well
