I just wanna ask, what if I've received my LOA and my IELTS has been expired, do i need to take again the exam?

I'm a Feb 2014 applicant while you're a July 2014 applicant. If your sponsor was already interviewed and you're just waiting for your LOA, then unlike me, you had a better luck with MPNP. You see, I've waited for my MPNP approval for five (5) more months than you did. Congratulations.

AFIK, only those whose declared Occupation in his/her application fall under category C or D of the NOC need to submit updated / valid language test results (IELTS).
Otherwise, CIC shall ask for a valid language test result from you if they see it necessary.

My MPNP application ironically took LONGER vs others (not that I'm comparing). Many here and in other forums who are June '2014 or July '2014 buzzer beater applicants are 4 months pang ahead ang progress ng application status nila kaysa s'akin (GS or FS). HINDI ko talaga alam kung anong pinagkaiba ng mga applications namin, because by the time my sponsor got interviewed, the MPNP reviewer didn't mention any sign of deficiency in my application at tuloy tuloy naman ang pagbigay nila s'akin ng "Certificate of Provincial Nomination" (or LOA). Ano ba yang queue ng MPNP, swertihan and not thru merits???? May queuing system naman kayang sinusunod yang mga nagrereview dyan???? VERY UNFAIR sa aming mga nauna.... Haaaaaaaaay, talagang buhay.

Salamat po Dear Lord !!!! Kahit papano umuusad na rin application ko. Sana po sa CIC stage, pahintulutan Mo pong mag-iba naman ang ihip ng hangin - makatikim ng FAIR TREATMENT at mapabilis ang progreso.

Your supporter's interview will be exactly 7 days from today. That'll be next Thursday. There is also a big possibility that the program officer will call you, the principal applicant.

For my case, my ielts is also expired so I've taken a re-test in order for me to have all my documents valid when I pass it to CIC. It's better to have it valid before submitting because there might be a delay in your processing if they will request for another ielts test. Right now I'm only waiting for my ielts exam result so that we can pass our papers to CIC.

Hi dosty, I believe you will receive the LOA 10 working days (2 wks) after your sponsor was interviewed which will be 3rd Dec.

Im glad di na kayo ininterview. Kami kasi, our Manitoba supporter, my spouse and I were interviewed on 17.11.15. Kaya kabado din ako now while waiting for the result. I hope and pray that all will turn out well and sana we'll be nominated and have the LOA very soon!

I assume that you are the principal applicant and your MB supporter is your relative. In my case, I am the principal applicant and my supporter is my spouse's relative which is the reason why my spouse was also interviewed, plus the fact that spouse also have other relatives outside MB.

Check nyo po yung link below. Magde-depende po yung pag retake nyo ng IELTS based po sa NOC code at Category nyo. If you're NOC 0-B no need to retake na po ng IELTS. Kasi once you check the site, NOC C and D lang po yung naka indicate sa CIC stage. Sana po nakatulong. Share your timeline na din po
