MPNP Application 2014 for FILIPINOS

Hello! Nice to be updated sa mga kaganapan . Medto naging busy po working and at the same time, sa pag aayos ng papers needed..
Meron po bang naging client ng O.S.I.A.S? Was able to attend their seminar sa U.N. and would like to ask kung legit sila?

Hi, I applied under Family Stream and my 1st degree Aunt in Winnipeg is my sponsor. I also received a Refusal Letter last January 02, 2015... Reason of refusal is that " I was not able to demonstrate that your ties to Manitoba are stronger than the ties you may have in Alberta where you currently work and live". wherein I can justify that my Aunt in Law has no blood relation with me and my Uncle who is her husband already passed away.
On the Refusal Letter mentioned that "The MPNP will consider a request for a formal review (appeal) of a decision not to nominate, if a request in writing is signed by the applicant and received within 60 days of the date on this Letter of Refusal. The request for review must provide sufficient details to indicate there may have been an error made in the assessment of the applicationbased on the reason described on the Letter of Refusal". they given you a 60 days to make a letter? What's your plan now? I have an Immigration Consultant and advised me to write a letter. If I will seek help from an Immigration Lawyer it will cost me around $1,500.
I hope we can seek help or guidance from someone on this forum....

Is any body here with same experience as mine?..We are four applicants at the same time with one sponsor. My status online is already assessment complete. The MPNP told me that they sent already in mailing address my decision letter. What do you is it LOA or refusal letter?..

Hi guys, I'm just happy to share that after 10 months of waiting (I'm March applicant), I received an email just today requesting for additional documents. And I'm glad that it just need to be provided by my sponsor, like the health and PR card.

Hindi talaga biro ang maghintay but in His time darating talaga un hinihiling mo sa Kanya if it's really meant for you.

Just wanna ask if who will send the missing docs because my sponsor supposedly send it together with the SP2 but they forgot to provide.

guys I just wanna ask if ever you had the same situation as mine?1year na ung aplication ko January applicant last November nag change ung status ko from assesment pending to assessment in process na siya pero almost months na?? wala prin tlgang interview? May case po ba tlga na natetengga ng matagal ung ganun status?may nakarxperienced na po na dito nun??? okay nmn po ba ung result?

hi dhudesky88. ganyan din ang status ko.. assessment in process. almost months na rin peo wala pa rin interview c sponsor..
Guys icorrect ko lng, yung status ko bandang october is received. tapos nung december assestment in process... peo till now wala
parin ang interview sa sponsor.. ang sponsor ko close friend lng po.

I am wondering lang po... Naaksidente po ako sa motorsiklo last February 2013 at ang resulta po ay nilagyan ng bakal ang buto ko sa hita para magdugsong ulit. Tapos nakapagpasa naman po ako ng kumpletong requirements sa MPNP nung July 2014. Ngayong 2015 na po ready na tanggalin ang bakal sa hita ko. Ang katanungan ko po ay ganito.... Makakaapekto po ba ito sa medical/physical exam kung sakaling palarin po ako/kami na mabigyan ng pagkakataon ng MPNP? Ipapatanggal ko na po kase ngayong February 2015, 2 years after yung bakal sa buto ko po sa hita.... 6 months palang namin po ang apply ko at under GS po iyon. Yung 2nd cousin ko po kase ay nakapag sponsor na po ng higit sa dalawa at successful po lahat....

Di naman siguro makakaapekto yun, kasi i'm assuming "good as new" ka na lit nun after tangling yung basal. per kailangan ba talaga tanggalin yung bakal?

Grabe sobrang efficient ng system.

I'm new in everything...
Napaka laking tulong po netong site na to.
I'm July 30, 2014 applicant but until now my status is received pa rin. Meron po ba sa inyong July 2014 applicant and kindly share po if received pa rin ba status po ninyo??

Destination po ko is Winnipeg. Nag sponsor sakin is my Auntie. Pang 5th na po ako sa mga natulungan nya. And Ako po ang pinaka unang naka experience ng online and IELTS kaya worried po sya and we dont have any idea kung paanu po ba ma-track yung application namin kung okay ba or what. Baka kasi we are waiting for nothing..

Paano po ba yung sa interview ng sponsor? Dapat po ba ang status is ASSESSMENT COMPLETE muna bago sila mainterview? and how they will contact my sponsor? tatawagan po ba sila or online??kasi mali yung email address ng sponsor ko na nailagay sa application ko nung pinasa namin last July.
