kami ng mpnp application nung january 24, 2014 eh dalawa lang po kmi mg asawa ,, pero ngaun po my anak na po kami 4months po xa ,, kelangan po ba na iinform ko po ba yung mpnp na my anak na po kami at isama na po xa sa application namin kahit na assessment pending na po status po ng application po namin ? at if ever po ba na maaprovahan po application po namin na kasama ung bata pwede po ba na maiwan po muna xa dto at kmi po muna ang umalis pwede po kaya un? salamat po

Hello po, i am new to this forum and this was suggested by a friend if i wanted to know more about my application. I would just like to ask po, kasi, i had submitted my mpnp application last july 16, 2014, and I had received a confimation email on July 17,2014. After that, I haven't received any emails anymore regarding my application. Is there a way I can check the status of my application or can someone pls walk me through the correct timeline of processing so I may know how long it takes or when should I be expecting a call or a reply from them. Hi, I applied under Family Stream and my 1st degree Aunt in Winnipeg is my sponsor. I also received a Refusal Letter last January 02, 2015... Reason of refusal is that " I was not able to demonstrate that your ties to Manitoba are stronger than the ties you may have in Alberta where you currently work and live". wherein I can justify that my Aunt in Law has no blood relation with me and my Uncle who is her husband already passed away.
On the Refusal Letter mentioned that "The MPNP will consider a request for a formal review (appeal) of a decision not to nominate, if a request in writing is signed by the applicant and received within 60 days of the date on this Letter of Refusal. The request for review must provide sufficient details to indicate there may have been an error made in the assessment of the applicationbased on the reason described on the Letter of Refusal". they given you a 60 days to make a letter? What's your plan now? I have an Immigration Consultant and advised me to write a letter. If I will seek help from an Immigration Lawyer it will cost me around $1,500.
I hope we can seek help or guidance from someone on this forum....

Hello, i have tried logging in to the MPNP site to create a profile for my dad. I was able to create a username for him but was unable to proceed because the stream is still closed. Does anybody know when the online application will re-open? Also, aside from the documents to be uploaded, are there other forms to be filled out?

Question po is about my job,relative outside manitoba. my wife work in Canada. if kasama ko siya now. at kung ano nalaman ko na till date about manitoba..Every applicant po iba-iba ang questions, luckily concentrate sila more on my wife. wala po questions about me and my sponsor.. Im so sorry to hear that... but, dont lose hope... persevere! With HIM nothing is impossible!

As for my advise, request the program to Review your case (since I believe ist for free and your right)...

And/or wait for 6 months and re-apply... hoping that on your next application, you will be able to demonstrate that your ties in Manitoba is stronger than in Alberta. Research on what is the best way for you to be able to demonstrate such!

Or, how about the EE?

apologize but i truly understand your views too. Hindi pumasok sa isip ko ang citizenship in Dubai so i thought the place is already more than enough. Nawala sa isip ko un but if chances are may citizenship there why not for me. again apologize sa inputs ko since both places are good to stay yun nga lang pagkakaiba sa security ng future and work.

Yeah, Dubai, UAE, Qatar and the rest of GCC are relatively peaceful and progressive. Kung meron lang Immigrant and citizenship na iooffer and mag bansa dito to all ist expats, wala sanang backlog sa Canada, Australia, NZ, UK, US. Hehe...

Some of my friends are very positive that in the not so distant future, the GCC will open its doors to immigrants. Well, nothing is impossible but looking at the present Situation, it ever it will happen, it'll take time and will not happen very soon. So let#s Keep going and praying that someday soon, we will become immigrants to one of these wealthy countries!
