Thanks po ulit. Hinihintay pa po namin ung employment certs namin kc nagulat kmi nung nk receive kmi ng email regarding sa deadline.
Un po plng proof of ownership ng assets, say ung real estate kelangan po ba my hinilhin pa tlg sa developer ng cert?

Opo kc po hahanapan po kayo talaga ng certificate of ownership kapag dineclare niyo po yan. Consider na hinuhulugan niyo papo baka po pumasok pa siya under debts. Kaya payo ko po hangga't wala pang certificate of ownership huwag napong isama. Pwede po yun as long po na naka pangalan sa inyo or sa asawa mo na kasama sa application. May summarize naman po sa section ng adaptability doon niyo nalang po isama then ang total fund kasama ang ibang bank account, hingi din po kayo ng certificate of deposit.

Huwag niyo napo munang isasama sa application niyo at hindi papo ninyo nakokompleto bayaran. Baka po marami pa silang tayong inggil dito. KC consider pa siya na utang ninyo at magiging komplikado lang.

hi, what shall I do with my previous application.. we received last APRIL 2014, INELIGIBLE LETTER due to dual sponsorship where the wife of our sponsor is currently sponsoring 2 relatives, we applied in july 2013 GS program, got AOR...sad to say, we were not able to succeed , based on what I have explained earlier.. the thing is , we have to wait for 18 months or wait until the relative of our sponsor has landed next year.. question is, there is a new system effective aug1...from there, we will just wait in 2015 for the new program ???? as for ielts, it's already expired. we cant also to apply again through online before the due date of aug1 since IELTS of my wife is already expired. let say, if we found another friend whom who will be our sponsor, we still cant apply on line coz of IELTS issue?? what advice you can give me. im bit sad of the news. I think we cant take another option to take MORDEN CITY for exploratory visit since the line of work of my wife, I think is not listed out there.. HR work??? am I correct. hope someone can give me a piece of advice, thank u, God bless.

Wala pong problema doon basta po makumpleto ang required na halaga para sa settlement fund. At naka pangalan po sa inyo. Kailangan din po pala ang anim na buwan na history sa mga account niyo. Kung wala naman po like time deposit yung certifiicate nalang po nakalagay naman po doon kung gaano na latagal ang time deposit niyo.

Huwag po kayong mawalan ng pag asa. Kung meron po kayong ibang kaibigan na handang maging supporter doon nalang po kayo magpatulong. Huwag na po muna kumuha ng IELTS at siguraduhin nalang po pag sure na ang supporter. Matanong ko lang po, sino po ba nauna na suportahan sa inyo yung dalawang relatives na wife niya or kayo po. Sana po ay nasabihan kayo ng supporter niyo para po hindi nasayang ang panahon. Huling resource nalang po cguro yung explanatory visit.

Based on my experience, most of the documents na iniscan ko for the online application ay notarized or nakared ribbon (birth certificates, marriage certificate, Diploma and TOR at Employment certificates - aside sa current work ko na hindi ko naipanotarize kasi walang available na notary public dito). Pero may ilang bagay na hindi notarized like ung titulo ng lupa at market value. Awa ng Dios na approve naman.

Pero if you have the opportunity to notarize it, gawin mo kasi un talaga requirements nila.

Maidagdag ko lang po, since nakasubok na kayong mag-apply, makikita na po sa record nyo na may friend kayo sa MB. Ung exploratory visit po ay para sa mga taong walang friend sa MB.
Naitanong ko na po kasi yan sa MPNP office nila doon when I visited Winnipeg and they told me that exploratory visit are intended only for people who doe snot have connections in MB.

Hanap na lang po siguro kayo ng ibang friend na pwedeng magsponsor sa inyo... or wait po.

thank you po.. notarized din po lahat yung una namin pass kaso sad to say lang mag reapply po kasi kasi di daw makita yung connection namin dun sa sponsor namin. nabasa ko lang sa isa thread kaya napaisip ako... yung title po at tax dec po notarized din... pwede po ba yun hindi notarized?

Ung tax declaration at land title ko hindi notarized at malabo pa ang copy pero awa ng Dios lumusot. ;D
Ung sponsor nyo po ba ay relatives nyo or friend? Good luck po sa application nyo. God bless...
