hi jay, ang sabi ditto ni arch.. sa applicant is only copy of DIPLOMA then sa school copy of TOR and form na may pirma ang school... yung sabi mong binayaran na us$322.. ano ang breakdown kc may nasabi sa akin naman is us$299 (300) . tnx
