So sorry to hear about your refusal letter Aman deep but goodluck on your request for review.

What the guy was mainly saying in Filipino is: He got the letter of ineligibility because he did not upload his dad's birth certificate to prove that his dad is his aunt's brother. He did not receive an email saying he lacked documents. He is asking for suggestions on how to proceed with the request for review as he read on the forum that someone requested and got his LOA after 15 days. He is hoping that he experiences the same. He submitted his application March 30.

I hope somebody can help you better in conducting your request for review. All the best.

Now I decieded I will send a request for review , so please tell normally how much time mpnp will take to send reply of appeal. If anybody knows any case same like me pls share.

Actually, you can reapply right away, you dont have to wait for 6 mos. In my opinion, just reapply and not go for review appeal.

Thanks guys for your advice... Kurt actually this is also stated tht I can apply after six months from the date of refusal letter. And now I have 60 days for appeal. Applications those are incomplete, mpnp said not eligible to tht applicants and ask to reapply. But when application is complete nd mpnp once made a decision then we can't apply for next six months.

Now my question is anybody knows how much time mpnp will takes after request for review. I'm applying for appeal bcoz mpnp may b reopen my case or provide me full reason when they contact my sponsor.

Hi guys i read from mpnp website about request for review, below are 4 points under which applicant can not apply for request for review but my case is different bcoz my sponsor received nothing from mpnp side and on otherhand mpnp said they asked to confirm the affidivat of support, so may be my appeal will be consider The MPNP will NOT consider a request for review when:

Submission of new information or documents is the basis for the request.
Strength of relationship to a Manitoba Supporter (that is, the Manitoba resident endorsing your Settlement Plan) or having a weak connection to Manitoba was the main reason for our decision not to nominate.
Having stronger ties to another Canadian province was the main reason for a decision not to nominate.
The applicant claims higher English ability, and results of an IELTS or other MPNP-approved language test were submitted with the application.

With this, go apply for review. Though, am not quite sure with its timeline. All the best Amandeep. Just dont give up on Manitoba.

Hi Aman deep, thats a sad news. Dont lose hope and request for review. And on your request maybe you can include already the documents that their looking for. Goodluck and Godbless!!!

Ya sure soon I will send request for review form thru email. I dnt need to send any evidence to make my appeal strong... Bcoz it is matter of technical error. Actually me and my sponsor dnt know when mpnp tried to contact or call. So now it's all depend on officers wht they will say after appeal. I hope they will reply me soon tht does not matter they approved or not my application. Now I dnt want to waste more time, I already waiting from last 18 months.

be calm aman. there is a lot that have same to your situation. my advise is do reapply once your docs is available. dont loose hope. just do it. dont blame or appeal mpnp about that. they are human sometimes they fail what they do.

So sad to hear about your letter of refusal after this long wait. I feel your pain and hope you would not give up. My advise is you go for an appeal considering the fact that you have to wait for six months before you can reapply and coupled with the fact that the reason for the refusal is "technical" as you have mentioned.

Firstly, you have to document how you and your sponsors have been receiving correspondence from the MPNP and show that every request you have honoured in due time.

Secondly, ensure your sponsor still has valid manitoba health card, tax clearance certificates and even evidence that he recently received a letter either from the bank or any person in his or her current address in Manitoba. All of this evidence would show that if the MPNP had taken a step further by sending him a letter if they couldn't get him on the phone they would have sent him a letter on the affidavit of support issue.

In conclusion let your sponsor mention that they are still interested in supporting you and will stand behind you and your family in your immigration to Manitoba. Just to ensure they don't come up with request like updated bank statement, I would advise you include the latest 3 months bank statement along with your appeal letter to make them you have the required fund to support your immigration.

I hope and pray this few advise will help your application come through to letter of approval (LOA).

Cheers.
