MPNP Application 2012

Pls help.

From MPNP application I did not ask for Ielts just only certification from school submitted that medium of communication is English and I know Canada knows Philippines 2nd language is English.

Plus my NOC code and category given as per LOA is Mechanical Engineer. At CIC, could this require to get Ielts? I am now filling up forms for CIO sending soon. or I will leave if blank and wait for the CIC request if it is required. As far I know our category will be waived.

Pls advise..

Hi Munde, im also from the Philippines. On filling up the form and following cic checklist an IELTS result is required. Im not sure if there's an exception. What im sure of is you need to follow instruction on how and what to submit to cic to avoid delays on your application.

I have already approved at MPNP without Ielts. since I have started my application I ask my sponsor if I will take for Ielts. they told me that your category is exempt.

I have re check:
Proof of language proficiency
Starting July 1, 2012 most applicants to PNP in semi or low skilled THAT WILL FALL UNDER NOC skill level C and D are required to complete a language prof test or IELTS.

i will check my NOC 213 code as per stated in my LOA.

[I have check NOC Metrix my NOC classification fall under Skill Level A. My Ielts is exempt.

Im also included in skilled level A, but when my sponsor personally submitted my application they look for ielts result thats the only time we took the exam because they return my application. Then i apply online. Now im waiting for our MR from VO. Just sharing..

ok Rhea, I am more confident because my NOC highlighted in my LOA wherein I belong to skilled level A. I know my application belongs to C and D level but I rcvd my LOA they gave a category of Skilled level A. thanks god.

if your application lodge before july 1 2012... all applicants are required for Ielts. Well it depends on MPNP discretion may be they put NOC on top of your LOA where you belong.

Me and my husband took the exam even before applying online because we want everything to be ready not knowing that i can be exempted. but its okay taking the IELTS was a good experience and test on our language ability and our application is now moving.

You dont need to include on your application forms that are not applicable i also didnt include those forms..

I think you need to attach the Supplementray Forms even you didn't travel. Since in the Document Checklists it didn't say if applicable. But it the sections inside that form you can check the did not travel. Hope that it helps.
