I applied by mail (GS) tru my friends /sponsors in Manitoba.

I used my Saudi issued credit card for payment both for Processing Fee (PF) & RPRF for myself and my dependents. Computer generated copy of the invoice was attached in application package being sent to CIO. Kindly see the chekclist for the arrangements of documents.

No, Ive sent my application to CIO-NS thru fedEx, it was sent last July 8, 2013 and was received by CIO-NS last JUly 12, 2013 ( thru tracking number) by certain D.Mor .


If your sponsor was interviewed last june 21, so you are probably right that anytime within this week, your LOA should arrive thru normal mail. It should be around a month lead time after your sponsor interview.

I dont think that the strike have affected or delayed your LOA because i think , the one sending your LOA is coming from MPNP and not CIO yet? although, im not sure..

Dont worry, it is good to know that your sponsor have been interviewed already

Well do we need to keep amount in bank after getting AOR from CIO/VO till they get visa? Or we can put the amount back in bank when they asked to do so?

Dis is mine. My sponsor was interview last june21 2013 why is it that we have to face August and my LOA not arrive yet I know it's 3weeks from start date of sponsors interview.

I have read CIC website under application processing times. Canadian Embassy Official still on strikes.
May this can delay our application process.

Any advise ka forum?

dont' worry ur LOA will come anytime from today. strike has nothing to do with it. my cousin got his LOA 3rd week of July, his sponsor got interviewed last May 15..The LOA was dated i think may 18..it takes time in the post office here in the Phils..they're taking too much tym b4 it reached ur place..

So sorry to beg-off in updating the tracking sheet. I'm having my hands full in settling back in Manila. I'm sure that there will be somebody out there willing to take up the responsibility. Just PM Emperor and he will give you the access. Also, I'm currently struggling with my file which end up in ADVO 'though I indicated CEM in my application.

gud day! r u going back home? the same thing happened with me, when i sent my application to CIO last Feb
2013 im still working in dubai..i forgot to indicate that i want manila VO to process my visa just i change my mailing address to Phils..i went home last march 7 for good coz i will gave birth by April & i know manila VO is very fast in processing the visa..that's why i finalized my decision i will not come back anymore in dubai i'll just wait for our visa here..
im following the timeline of others, so im expecting my medical request by April but its May already nothing came..i tried to send email to manila they replied that my file is in ADVO..im very worried coz i know ADVO is taking too long in processing, & im here in the Phils just waiting for my visa..we're couple we resigned from our job already..im struggling too much also..
i tried to email ADVO to request for transfer, they grant it..they replied in 8 weeks my file will be completely transfered to Manila..i need to wait for acknowledgement of manila that they reciv my file..

now, praying for acknowledgement letter from Manila to come anytime.. expecting for MR soon..

thanks for kind message kidlat. I have been also monitoring from post office and I have contact in the post office nearby my place and they told me that once receive they will bring that letter asap to me.

I dont know about in central office in time of distributing to satellite offices.

Hi all,

Be ready for all consequences, dont trust in 3, 6month bank statement account. my experience is comes in worst condition. 1st they need 6 months, then 3 months, then the worst is they ask me to update my account just in 3 days. saturday, sunday til monday. They want to check the banking system and it happen they call my sponsor for interview and at the same time asking bank statement, history just in 3 days. please be prepared.

If you are applied under 2013. I suggest to join in batch 2013 applicants. for am December applicant for 2012.
2013 applicants have their own tracking sheet. kindly check so that you know who are those members that same
months applied.
