hi ad123164,

if u didn't indicate in ur application the visa office you wanted to process ur application..the cio will be the one who will decide where it will go.. same what happened to me my current country of residence is dubai but my mailing address is phils..i received my AOR from CIO march 13..so im expecting my MR by april but its already may and no MR yet.. i tried to email manila VO, they replied that my application is in abu dhabi..
made me disappointed coZ ADVO is very slow..

Hi kidlat,

I did indicate "MANILA" to process my application. I'm very sure of that! I have already emailed CEM, ADVO and CIO as to where my application is being processed but no reply from any as of now. May I know how many days it took CEM to reply to your mail?

Hooray! Got my MR today ;D

Hoping for ad123164 and the rest to be next.

All the best to you guys!

hi guys ,
why MPNP process getting delayed???
i hv applied in July 2012. still waiting for sponsors interview. how much they delay more...................
can we send our sponsoring person to the office asking about processing our application?
this is too much, our colleges getting sponsor's interview as well as LOA, even they applied later than me. they applied after one n two months later than me. they applied under same profile as me like same points, under GS but later than me.
their process get faster n .............................
dont know how dey do processing, its not fair...................

Painfully as it is, there is nothing you can do but to wait. Yes, you can send your sponsor to put a call or visit them may be that will cause some activities on your application but the ways and approach of treating applicants file for nomination is at the discretion of MPNP.

All the best.

Have a little more patience mate,

MPNP's action is unpredictable, so what we can do is to wait, we do understand that timeline of each applicant is not the same as what we expected... maybe all applications will depend on the assessor who handles the document of the applicants.

HTH.

I know the waiting is frustrating with respect to your MR, pray you receive the MR mail sooner than later. :)

Hi I am a Dec 28 2012 applicant who have not visited this forum for quite long. I Had my LOA dated May 16 2013. I didnt submit my CIO application yet and is having some concerns. My previous work injury is getting worse and my dr might decide to do a spinal fusion and bone graft this month? Will this affect my visa application? Will they consider this as excessive demand ailment or will affect employability

Hi mandyrai ...share your timeline with detail dates so ad1234 will update it in the tracking sheet of this thread and then you will easily understand processing concept of mpnp. Bcoz you r not single applicant who is in waiting list, look at tracking sheet so many April may June applicants are waiting for sponsor interview. Mpnp asked you about additional documents in your AOR or not. Share timeline pls with dates

This is an issue you may want to discuss with your medical consultant. Try and research the net for what constitute excessive demand and discuss with your doctor about it so can have a better idea as to your injury.

Switchlanes, the rules are clear and we have mentioned it repeatedly here in the forum. Follow the checklist and you will be fine. This is the link for the checklist:

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/pdf/kits/forms/IMM5690E.pdf

1) what i need for PCC is my Police character certificate Right? Yes
2) Am planning attaching my employment certificate , i hope its ok? No. Not mentioned in the checklist
3) Do i need to notarized my supporting document before sending it thru CIC? No. Copies mean photocopies and not notorised copies
4) Issues with my birth certificate, my name had a letter ommision on it, and also my third name was not included in the birth certificate, what do you think i can do? Do a sworn affidavit or do a letter explaining this but an affidavit will carry more weight.
