Switchlanes, the rules are clear and we have mentioned it repeatedly here in the forum. Follow the checklist and you will be fine. This is the link for the checklist:

1) what i need for PCC is my Police character certificate Right? Yes
2) Am planning attaching my employment certificate , i hope its ok? No. Not mentioned in the checklist
3) Do i need to notarized my supporting document before sending it thru CIC? No. Copies mean photocopies and not notorised copies
4) Issues with my birth certificate, my name had a letter ommision on it, and also my third name was not included in the birth certificate, what do you think i can do? Do a sworn affidavit or do a letter explaining this but an affidavit will carry more weight.

Hi kidlat,

I did indicate "MANILA" to process my application. I'm very sure of that! I have already emailed CEM, ADVO and CIO as to where my application is being processed but no reply from any as of now. May I know how many days it took CEM to reply to your mail?

manila visa office replied 8 days after i sent email.
cio replied after a month..
abu dhabi visa office after a month also..

Thanks a lot for the info! It seems like my file is in Manila since they have not replied to my email as fast as they did in your case. It means that the processing time is still "normal". I have noticed also that CEM is "re-aligning the queue" as per the MPNP application dates but with due consideration also of the CIC application dates. Anyway, I'm hoping that my theory is correct and I'll receive my AOR in God's perfect time! (...means SOON!) ;D ;D ;D

I dont think so since it is not a requirement of MPNP who sponsored you via the nomination. Please notify the MPNP about your wedding and the need to include your spouse in your application.

No these are Federal employees and not employees of Manitoba from my understanding.

Kindly share your experience.... How much show money do we need in the bank because 16,000 CAD is the requirement. But this money was barrowed only and it was return. Now the mpnp ask more dates for settlement fund for my family of 4 person. And it was check an insufiicient fund. now They need 4000 CAD min requirement for the settlement for my family of 4.

Do I need to provide again the 16k CAD plus 4kCAD or 4k itself to pass the bank statement and cert Til Monday per advise from my sponsor. This is just emergency. If approve that's the time to look more funds. Thank you.
