Hi Tweety, Emperor and Ad.

i recently posted about an error I made by filling 2011 version of IMM 0008 (family stream - Manitoba) and thought that would be the reason my AOR is getting delayed but later i though if that was the only error they should have returned application to file again. So i was going through my application forms again and found another stupid mistake that in correspondence/residential address I have filled my cousin's address which actually i filled when i orginally sent MPNP application form and thought that in IMM 0008 correspondence/residential address has to be in sync with what i am mentioning in Manitoba Nomination Application form, without putting brain that IMM 0008 is for later use to contact actual applicant not the sponsor.

its been good 70 days I haven't got AOR, and also call center # dont deal in nomination queries and dont how to approach CIC people and really dont know how long keep staring at unknown.....any advise guys

This is the email address from which the AOR from CIO Nova Scotia was sent: Centralized-Intake-Office@cic.gc.ca

You can send a case specific enquiry by stating the date the application was received, by whom and the courier tracking number. Pray this helps in knowing what become the fate of your application.

No, now my application package will be transferred from NS CIO to Manila VO. I'll now be waiting for Medical request from Manila VO. I'm still here in Jeddah and most probably do the medical exams here.

Do as Emperor advised...send an inquiry email. They will answer you back for sure! If it is indeed returned, prepare your new CIC application package and this time refer to the guide in the link below...

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/guides/EP7TOC.asp

Check with your cousin for any mail package from NS CIO. Fill-up IMM 0008 electronically so that bar codes will be generated.

Hi,

Im currently filling up my CIC application, I just wanna confirm that I dont need to fill up these form:

1. additional dependents/declaration (IMM 008DEP) because noone will accompany me to Canada, my mom, dad and brothers(more than 22years of age) are not included in this section right?
2. Schedule 4A: Economic Classes – Provincial Nominee – Business Nominees (IMM 0008- Schedule 4A) because I'm not nominated under a business, entrepreneur, or self emploted stream/category
3. Separation Declaration for Minors Travelling to Canada [IMM 5604]
4. Statutory Declaration of Common-law Union [IMM 5409] because I dont have a common law partner/spouse
5. Use of a Representative (IMM 5476) (PDF, 38 KB), because I didnt hire any representative for my application

If yes, then I dont need to include these forms in my envelope right?

lastly, Im really getting confuse in topics related to family members, In Generic Application Form for Canada (IMM 0008) question #3, How many family members, including you, are in this application? I should then put only 1 bcause agin noone will accompany me, i dont have a common law partner, dependent children or Dependent child of a dependent child

I'm sorry if you find my questions simple or vague but I just wanna make sure that there would no single error on it. I would really appreciate your help guys.

BTW: congrats ad123164 for your AOR, I hope you'll receive your PPR asap! ;D

Godspeed!

You don't need to fill-up forms which are not applicable in your case. There is no need even to enclose those forms in your application package. If you don't have any dependents, then in that case write one. Thanks for your wish for speedy process of PPR!
