Hi guys!

I've submitted my online application for MPNP Family Stream last October 5, 2012 and received an acknowledgement email the following day. After a week or two, my sponsor (my first cousin) submitted his Settlement Plan 2 to support my application. On January 30, 2013 the MPNP was trying to contact him for an interview but he wasn't able to answer their call. He called them the next morning, January 31, 2013 and they asked him only 3 questions. February 13, 2013, I received my Letter of Approval from MPNP. It was dated January 31, 2013 (same day with my cousin's interview). My application took 4 months and 1 week until I received my letter of Approval.

Next step: CIC application

Do I need to provide a certified copy of my IELTS exam or a simple photocopy is enough to submit with my application for CIC?

I got a call from MPNP on Monday @ abt 10PM west africa time, the lady so much grilled me with so much questions about my sponsor and how we met, about what i know about Manitoba and about my job.
Immediately after calling me, she called my sponsor in Manitoba and he responded well, @ the end, she sent a mail asking for an update of my reference letter from my working place and an updated Bank statement which must be submitted within 1week, i have gotten these documents and would be sending ASAP.

Got my AOR requesting for IELTS test result in August
submitted IELTS result on Sept 7th
Got a call from MPNP on Feb 11
submitting bank/ref letter Feb 14

That is good. Since your mailing address is in Canada, trust you will get your LOA quicker. Just be on the look out for it

What date in August did you get the request for submission of IELTS. Require this so as to have a complete information about you in the tracking sheet.

Same thing happened with me.. The lady took my interview for about 21 mins and asked a lot of questions but unfortunately, my sponsor haven't received any call yet. What should I do ?
