Thanks a lot. Wow. MPNP is really improving their process, i thought AOR is only issued via snailmail. Are they requiring you any additional documents? I hope i receive my AOR soon. I applied last August 2012 and i have no news yet.

AOR is sent by email if you applied online and mentioned an email address in your application. Would also want to believe the same applies to General Stream if email is also mentioned in the application.

this is definitely a good news for the GS applicants, if MPNP really provide AOR through email, this is more better for us.

Yeah, receiving AOR by email thus give you some bit of relief that your application has been received and most likely will be reviewed other than being kept in the dark without any correspondence from MPNP.

how much will the medical fee be?

Have you receive medical request Abercombrie?. MR cost is dependent on your location. Kindly look up the panel physician approved for your country or location here http://www.cic.gc.ca/dmp-md/medical.aspx. and you can then call any for the cost of doing the medical test.

ad123164 :-Yes , both the payments were paid through CC and I have included the fee reciept along with application instead of IMM 5620 . I hope and wish it shall attract faster processing.

Yes... i hope so...they should improve their system more and 'hope they can recover soon with their backlogs and delays..
I just observed that the application online is faster than the traditional way... it took us 8mos before we received AOR from them....
Addt'l docs , non so far... maybe on the coming days they will request for SP2 (i've seen it mostly in the tracking sheet)

PR Application to be sent to CIO hopefully within Feb.

Hi Emperor,

I have some question I applied GM 2012-June and got AOR 2013-jan 31

1)I did IELTS 2011 April(over roll score-5.5 general stream ) it's expire within 2 years(2013 April)so if I get LOA and applying visa should i do IELTS again?

Would suggest you do it and just have it by the side in case your LOA comes in late, but pray you get LOA quick enough so as to send it along with it before expiration.

2)when I'm apply i have only one son(3 years) but now I'm expecting and my second baby due date is 2013-march ,should I inform to MPNP after my second baby bone?

I want to believe so since the names of your family members will be mentioned in the LOA. In my case my name was stated as well as that of my spouse and two kids. It is important you notify them early enough. I suggest you put a call through to them to ask in what form or manner to notify them.


3)My mobile phone number changed should I inform to MPNP ?

There is no harm in informing them, you can never say in case they want to reach you. I applied under the strategic initiative stream and when my application was being processed I got a call on my mobile phone in my country from the MPNP officer processing my application. Assuming I changed my number and did not inform MPNP probably that would have delayed the decision making of the officer that worked on my application.
