If it is a photocopy do I still get it notarized?

All documents copies to be sent to CIC should be notarized.

I am GS applicant and applied to MPNP in may last year. My spomsor who is my close friend submit my documents directly at MPNP office .

I see, if I am sending the colour copy do I have to get it notarized too sinceit is a copy. Sorry I am really confuse.

I would suggest you follow the two instructions from MPNP (original LOA) and CIC (photocopy). I read somewhere that there's no need to notarize documents coming from Canada and LOA is one of those.

I may be able to send my PR application last week of January.

Question though, I plan to pay through bank draft is the General Receiver of Canada enough to put in the cheque? Is there no address for their office?
