i want to ask from you that did you provide the settlement plan with your application if not are they requested you to provide settlemen plan.
They inteviewed only your sponsor or also you.
I recieved my AOR 3 months ago.

One last query:

did you send Original Government of Canada forms ,of which photocopies were sent to Manitoba Prov. Office or you filled fresh forms which were sent to Nova Scotia. Reason I am asking this is the signed date on originals of canadian govt form is of May 2012 and the ones which i would send now if i fill fresh then date would be of now.
As far as i recall Manitoba checklist mentioned to submit copies of govt of canada forms and send originals to nova scotia later.

Not anymore. Just submit what is in the document checklist and you will never go wrong.

I submitted fresh forms which I signed and dated days before I submit my application to CIO. I think that will not be problem not to send the forms we have in MPNP.

December 10, 2012 - PF encashed (Bank draft)
January 12, 2013 - received AOR

do i need to fill up again the generic form or i can just reprint the same file that i sent before?
do i really need to include two self addressed envelope? the green sticker that they sent to me which part of the envelope i will stick it? upper right or left side?

Hello

Check in CIC's website if your generic form or other forms are updated. If it is and there's no changes in your information then you can re-print it but change the date to the date you signed the form/s.

Yes, provide them the 2 self-addressed MAILING LABELS not envelope. Print your name and address in 2 sticker paper.

I placed it in the V-shape opening of the brown envelope. It serves as a seal.
