MPNP Application 2012

OMG! Anybody please clarify whether I made the biggest mistake in my application!!! I applied under Family Stream as principal with my sister in-law (my wife's elder sister) as sponsor! Do you think I should have applied under General Stream??? :'( :'( :'(

In the website, your relationship is not included under FS category but based from what I read in forums, MPNP are considering the spouse (principal applicant) of the one really blood-related to the sponsor to be assessed under FS.

You're under FS, bcos MPNP considers couple as one. Firefox14 and Chiefmissile are examples and they've both gotten their LOA. And I have personally inquired about this from MPNP, if you want the copy of the mail you can pm me your email address. All the best.

Thanks for the reply Tweety. I have sent PM to mayoress to get hold of that MPNP clarification. In New Brunswick, it is clearly stated that in-laws are classified as close relatives. However in MPNP, it is not so clear. In the "online application", there is a choice under "relatives section" relationship to applicant as "OTHER". If you tick "other", you will be asked to explain "other". So, I put "sister-in-law". Also, "relationship to spouse" is asked in the online application.
Anyway, Mayoress' reply resolved the issue. Thanks again.

Does Anyone has knowledge about my Application what are the causes of delay my Application.I have checked my all documents and Forms there is no lack of anything.even MPNP never request for Additional Douments. please help me. I am so sad.................................................................

yes you can apply FS....in our case, my wife is the principal applicant & my first degree cousin was the sponsor.......

Can anyone please tell me does the relative get call again after getting LOA, I got LOA about 4 months and submitted to Nova Scotia now my relative saying she got call again and they will call again her and she will not say good about me because she wants huge money? any idea or suggestion please?

My suggestion is the next time you relative talks to you again, RECORD the conversation so that you have something to present to MPNP why he/she is suddenly spoiling your reputation. Lure your relative to send you an email discussing about the subject. ;D
